Thrivin Gymwear Reviews 

I ordered lots of gymwear and that included free socks that I didn't receive and I didn't receive the one gym pants as it was not in stock. They apologized and supposedly sent the socks separately. I did not receive them. Finally received another colour gym pants after accepting a different colour but still no socks. Instead they apologized again suggesting a small discount on the NEXT purchase to make up for the inconvenience Really !? SCAM

After posting the review, Customer service reached out to me. They explained that return pricing is set by the logistics provider, not Thrivin. As a gesture of goodwill I was offered either a voucher for another order, or a refund of the return fees. I chose the refund as I am unlikely to order again. I want to thank Josie for reaching out and resolving this for me. I appreciate it very much. Based on my interactions with CS I am changing my review to five stars as that is a perfect example of validating a customer's concerns and making it right.

I am not sure about the quality of their active wear so can't comment on that. My husband ordered a pair of shorts, a pair of leggings and a jumpsuit for me. I do not like the fabric and the high compression at all. I didn't know he had ordered those items, and I would have told him not to get them because I have a few favorite brands I like and I know they fit me well. These however, have a weird ribbing in the mid thigh area that I instantly disliked. I didn't even bother trying on anything as I could tell these would be highly uncomfortable and would definitely squeeze the thigh area. So far, ok wouldn't really downgrade Thriving just for that. However, the return process takes the cake. You cannot choose the return shipping provider. There is only one option, and the return shipping costs EUR 22. How in the world do you justify that? If nothing else, that makes me go off ever buying from you again. I am curious to see if they also charge an admin fee for processing the return, as I have read in some other reviews. Ladies, if you are not sure about quality or fabric I encourage you to think twice about buying from Thrivin. You will end up out of pocket if you have to return an item that you don't like or that doesn't fit and isn't defective. Stick with what you know, or at least research the return policy. And also tell your SOs, in case they do what my husband did.

I was actually surprised when I got my items. I was scared cause I saw different opinions on these leggings. I ordered during the summer sales, I got a matching blue set for 72€, socks as a gift and a free legging. It fits me perfectly and is absolutely not see through, the quality left me mouth opened. The only issue is the delivery is kinda long, we don’t really see the progress of the order but that’s it. I would definitely order again!

Took weeks to arrive. A sports bra I ordered had no coverage or support. The halter neck top one-piece fit fine. I ordered leggings as well. They were too small and when returning them, they charge numerous shipping and processing/ handling fees. They also don’t give you a full refund unless it’s damaged or defective. It wasn’t even worth the hassle of buying my own shipping product for the very little money they give you back for it. Also charge a fee to send it back to your original payment instead of credits for a new item. I had the option to exchange but they only had 2 sizes in stock (both smaller sizes and I needed bigger). The material of the clothing itself seems decent quality but the return process and policies are just awful. They punish you for their weird sizing.

You sell shitty leggings, they roll down after a couple of steps. It gives you a double buttcheeck and they are uncomfortable to wear.

They are really really comfortable and they make you look snatched with really round glutes. It’s my second time that I’m ordering from them and for sure I’m going to get again 😍

True size,beautiful colours

The pants I purchased fit poorly, they constantly ride down or slip around the waist.

Omg please don’t order with them !
I have placed my order 3 weeks ago and still nothing has even moved.
Costumer service is only a Chatbot, nothing more.

I ordered incorrect sizes by mistake, I got in touch with customer support and received a response very promptly from Lorence. Lorence was so helpful and efficient, my order has now been amended to the desired sizes, I am really excited to receive my package! My experience has been wonderful!

This has genuinely become my go-to sportswear brand. I have ordered from them several times, and every purchase has confirmed why I keep coming back.

I absolutely love the wide range of colours, but what really makes the difference is the fit. The clothes provide excellent support, feel incredibly comfortable, and enhance the body in such a flattering and natural way. They fit so beautifully that they immediately make you feel more confident.

Once you try them, it is honestly very difficult to go back to ordinary sportswear. They make you feel supported, put together and ready to train (to the point that simply wearing them makes you want to work out!).

A brand I trust completely and will definitely continue buying from.

Don’t by from thrivin. They claim to deliver writhing 9 days max, it took my order over weeks to arrive, and they did not want to compensate my or offer any solution for the delay. When I wanted to return some items, the return cost 50% (119dkk) of the worth of the return, which they want me to pay up front with no insurance if it gets stolen. That’s the baddest customer service I have seen in a long time. DO NOT BUY

Thrivin has truly helped me alot. Ive ordered from them some times and everytime i meeded something they were there for me to help me through everything.. Ive had contact with Abby and she truly helped me with my problems that i hsd along the way. I highly reccomend biyong from thrivin since both the products are amazing and the staff helps you out when you need it.

Outstanding customer service! I had an issue with a defective item, but Ronnie from Team Thrivin handled everything with incredible patience and care. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the exact replacement I wanted from their newest collection. Truly top-tier support and great communication—I couldn't be happier. Had a terrible experience with this company trying to return items that were too small.
First time customer so I did not know what to expect with sizing. And now being penalised over 25% of what was spent in order to return these.
Won't let me use courier of my choice they are insisting almost €30 be spent to send back a 1.7kg parcel when An post / DHL looking for less than €11

I would not like anyone else to get caught out with spending their hard earned money with this crowd.
I have advised my friends against it already.
