Great psychometric testing site
We've been using Thrive for a number of years as part of our recruitment process, building in psychometric testing helps us to see how our candidates think outside the box and support our interview process by asking the right sort of questions. It's not the be all and end all of recruitment but a good support. Thrive have been massively helpful, especially our account manager Leroy who has jumped in to support our education on psychometric testing, how to get the best out of the system and we're pleased to be able to support them back with some UI demos.

Try Before You Buy - Skill/Ability Candidate Results
It's a great value to be able to have candidates complete relevant skills and ability assessments that now only show where their talents are, but also provide guidance on what interview questions to ask that address any risk areas. Thrive psychometric and ability tests give valuable insights
The Thrive psychometric assessments and ability tests have been an invaluable part of our recruitment process for a few years. They give us important insights that help with recruitment decisions and on the one occasion we ignored concerns they highlighted, we regretted it! A valuable tool. The only improvement I would like is a bit more in the reports about a person's personality and working strengths as we find those insights useful when managing team members.

Thrive is useful for our purposes, the main benefit in the capability assessments. These help us ensure our candidates are genuine and have the right level of attention to detail. The suggestions based on the personality assessments are helpful, we use these to support the interview process.
Most ridiculous, useless, difficult tests ever
As a candidate - I'm normally acing all the other pseudo online tests, but this one was something else.
The stories were poorly translated into my language, full of irrelevant gibberish.
The shapes test was ridiculous, so many different variables making it seemingly impossible to work out what the f*** was going on most of the time.
The psychometric test was also not better than reading tea leaves.
