Cats love them, but it's frequently out of stock at the moment. Not sure whether it's a too-popular issue, or a difficulty in supply/manufacturing. Slightly frustrating when my cats refuse most treats, and I love how healthy and natural these are.

I am very happy for my cat to have thrive treats she loves them and delivery is always very quick.

Excellent! Well packed and arrived quickly, even to the far north coast of Scotland. Never refused, which is a bonus with cats!

Purchased ProTaste Chicken Topper as my cat was not eating any of his normal cat food. I had also read the great reviews, before purchasing. It started off really well, until he decided he didn't like it either on top or mixed in. Shame as it was going really well with the topper.

I believe the cat food my cat was eating, has been changed recipe-wise as he keeps refusing to eat the brand he used to love. Have now started to buy other different cat food brands to see if I can find something he would eat all the time.

Delivery is very slow. It takes a week to delivery your furry's food, which is sad and inconvenient for the modern fast‑paced life

First order went missing, replaced my order plus sent a freebie with DPD arrived within a few days Great Customer service would highly recommend

I’ve been buying Thrive chicken cat treats for my baby(s) since 2017 and wouldn’t buy anything else. I found them when needing a healthy treat for my diabetic cat. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

The only topper my cats will eat, great price, super speedy delivery, resealable pot stops them from self service! Have to bulk buy as it’s so much more ex elsewhere, or my first or last delivery I’m sure

Very impressed so far. I have a new, very fussy cat and have been searching for decent quality foods she’ll actually eat. Turns out she’ll only eat Thrive sardine and mackerel…. It’s excellent food and has also been good for my other cat with gastro issues as it’s hypoallergenic. Customer services were very good too (thanks, Anna!) and the delivery was super quick.

Your Cat food is great and our cat loves it. But, the packing of my parcel was not great. That is why I have taken a star away from my review. The parcel looked like it had been thrown around and had holes in the box and tins had dents in them.

It’s such a shame that this is an inconsistent product.

My cats loved the white fish and chicken flavour. But the difference between batches is huge. I have just spent £40 on two tubs of chicken treats and the ones that have just arrived are very had and brittle with a funny smell. They won’t go near them.

I appreciate cats can be fickle but the product is too inconsistent to trust.

I won’t be spending £40 again just to throw them away.

What more disappointing is the complete lack of a response from thrive when I emailed about this.

Why would I waste more time emailing batch numbers for you not to reply again?

This isn’t an isolated incident. I threw away 2 tubs of white fish when I emailed you in July.
