Tired of having to support claims when it is clear that they are health related. I have had several FSA and Health Savings and Thrivepass has been the worst to deal with. They want documentation for EVERYTHING!
Everytime I call to ask about the denied claims I get the story about IRS rules. However, as much as I respect the IRS rules, I've never had a company reject so many of my health transactions. Even when they are completely obvious and when we have had to tell them about our diabetic supplies.

Reimbursement was easy and simple. I also liked how I can get reimbursed with future deposits into my account in addition to the current balance of my wallet.

I have a large need to athletic equipment, gear and clothes therefore being able to have these purchases reimbursed though your company is amazing!

Working very well for me, love the new feature, that you can add a higher amount and then use the following amounts for that reimbursement.

The flexibility of getting reimbursed or shopping directly in the marketplace that ThrivePass offers is the great feature.

Very easy to navigate, very easy to understand the options and what to do for each of them.

First of all, I was able to accomplish what I need, and overall it wasn't too hard, but I think it could be improved.

I was able to submit my individual workout sessions with a personal trainer at (somewhat) irregular intervals only by submitting my sessions one-by-one. There is a way to submit recurring sessions at the same price easily enough, but not if the sessions happen at somewhat irregular and sometimes slightly differing rates -- which is what I faced.

Normally my sessions happen every week on Thursday mornings at the same rate. A few times they have to be moved to a different time and a slightly different rate. The current interface does not allow submission of such activities.

Because I had to submit each session individually, it's a lot of repetitive typing of the same information. I would hope you can provide an easier way to do this. For instance, provide a way to enter multiple sessions (and different rates, dates) for the same provider. That would hugely help.

I find the available products offered in the Marketplace to be limiting, and have been disappointed that items I've purchased outside of the Marketplace to increase my wellness (running sneakers, fitbit tracker) were declined when I asked for reimbursement.

It was super easy and convenient to get reimbursed and is a great way to encourage people to be more healthy!

Thrive Pass expects ME to verify charges from a clinic and a hospital with billing statements and EOBs, based on just a date and a transaction amount. They often deny charges from medical providers. Worst service ever.
