Amazing & Supportive Training
I've been training with Adam at THRIVE Fit in Leeds for a few months now and it's been an amazing experience. I have seen enormous progress in terms of weight and fat loss, and I'm now the strongest and fittest I've ever been.
Adam has given me a lot of advice throughout our training and he has really helped me navigate balancing fitness goals and 'enjoying' myself which can be tricky. The 45 minute sessions, which admittedly are a lot of hard work, are very efficient, productive, and varied so they never feel repetitive. The nutrition plan that Adam built was also very varied and clear which has helped make it easier changing my diet and made it more sustainable and realistic!
I can't recommend THRIVE enough. As someone who had never properly exercised, apart from running before training with Adam, I now feel a lot more equipped, confident and comfortable in a gym setting and when exercising and I wouldn't have got to this point without Adam and THRIVE.
