Wanted to give no stars, so here goes.... I received the 3 x bras XL and was pleasantly surprised that the quality looked quite good, unfortunately the size did not fit me they were loose under my arm and under my breast did not have the support that it said it was going to give me, I have been trying since 04/04/2025 for them to provide their return address, so that I can get a refund. I get offers of like $4USD and up to $8USD to keep the products, but I paid $48.03USD for the products, they are in perfectly unworn new condition and keep getting told we are sorry for your dissatisfaction however they continue to not provide a return address but keep saying it will cost you too much to send back to them, I said once I have their address then it would be up to me to decide if it was too expensive to send back... what are they hiding if they cannot give a return address. Since ordering my products on 28/03/2025 and receiving the products on 04/04/2025, I have written over 30 emails to them to ask for their address so I can return the products for a refund. So I cannot find a phone number for them or even a postal address. My next step is to seek legal advice as well as going to Current Affairs to have their company investigated. They clearly say on their website that if unhappy with the product that they will give a no questions asked refund upon returning the goods to them. I have no problem sending them back to get my refund, they say do not send back to the distribution warehouse which on my parcel was addressed as Port Melbourne Victoria Australia. So what do I do now has anyone got some advice for me please?

I was pretty stoked when this came after waitin almost 3 weeks but honestly felt kinda underwhelmed; product works decent tho, looks nice enough—quality aint amazin but still does the job alright.

I waited almost three weeks for delivery but really happy now—it looks lovely outside and functions great indoors; clearer instructions wouldve helped though, for a smoother setup experience.

Arrived after about three weeks in secure packaging. Reasonably priced for this quality, overall material seems quite durable, and I appreciate the practical and neat design. Appearance matches product description closely. Slightly faster shipping would have improved my experience, but considering cost-effectiveness, this was definitely a good and satisfactory purchase.

I have emailed the company 7 times to get further instructions on a return for a product received that looks nothing like the advertised photo. I keep getting the run around. Offers of $ 2, then $4 refund. What a joke. Don't be fooled like I did.

The order never arrived and have not received a refund.
Also hard to contact them. Very disappointed.

My daughter is very picky about the fabrics she wears, and these are very comfortable for her. I design them using my criquit, and she never complains about wearing them.

By far my favorite piece of clothing. I could wear this all day, every day. Soft and warm and even stylish. The perfect piece for travel or to throw over your jeans and flannel shirt this winter. I absolutely want another one in a different color!
