I attended the Abingdon Airshow Nightshoot. Unfortunately, some of the planned aircraft didn't fly in until the day of the show, but the team dealt with it well and professionally. The lighting was spot on as usual and nothing was too much trouble. For the amount I paid, it was excellent value.

In my home at Merriott (South Somerset) - saw these guys flying all of their vintage aircraft over us, several times (they had an Open Day on this day - 5th Aug 2021). Great to see these aircraft again - As an ex-Army 'Greenie' (Avionics), just missed Army representation (a Gazelle or Lynx AH Mk1 perhaps ??). Great show, and thanks to all !

The Landor 747-400 experience day at Dunsfold was a great day out. It was very well organised by the team at Threshold.aero, and great value for money. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Booking the tickets was easy and communication was very good through email updates and the designated website for the event. During the event the team at Threshold.aero were very approachable and friendly. Thank you for a great event.

747 Landor Experience Dunsfold 26-6-2021. Attended evening session . As ex BA staff I was excited to see BNLY again as flown on her several times . The experience was ok exccept there was no access to crew sleep area and cockpit which happen during the day event . The catering im afraid was very poor as only a Pizza stall there all evening ,not drinks on sale / No BBQ either This needs to be addressed before next 747 event at Dunsfold . otherwise worth seeing the aircraft again but ticket price on this occasion too expensive

Minus one star for the disappointing lack of lights on the 747. They had them on during the day but when the photographers were out in earnest after 9pm they had switched them off, presumably because the generator had been moved away at that point. They had rigged up some spot lights but at this time of the year with long daylight hours, they were largely ineffective. So from a photographers point of view very disappointing, although it was great to see the plane.

The day and experience of B747 Landor was amazing. What an epic job the guys and girls have done to save her.

I left that more could be done to enhance the experience, as I felt there was some vital info about the plane lacking.

Over the tannoy system, it would have been great if, every 20 minutes or so there could have been a passage or info read about the aircraft and the history.

In the bubble (Upper deck) tickets should have been drawn to create small intimate groups, where a speech could have been given by the captains and time allowed for people to look around the cockpit and have pictures taken, instead of feeling rushed. This would also have helped with social distancing and to limit the number of people up there.

Just 2 things that would have made the experience epic.

Well done for a great event, the staff on hand were helpful and chatty towards us all. I look forward to see what other events are up and coming

This was my first event with Threshold and what a way to start with Historic Helicopters at Chard.

First the negative the weather, it was testing at times to say the least with the constant wind and rain. Hopefully if they have a future event here, the weather will play ball.

Now the positive's, seeing the SAR Whirlwind and Sea King running and also the Junglie to photograph was excellent.

I have been to a number of other Night Shoots and not always been pleased with the way the lights have effected the images I have taken but here the lighting was by a country mile so much better, these guys know what they are doing.

Already booked another trip with them.

The Threshold team should be complemented for being able to run this event bearing in mind all the COVID restrictions. I know a huge amount of effort was required to comply with all the regulations. The mandatory wearing of face masks is a necessary precaution, even though some don’t like it.

As with all Threshold events, the aircraft were thoughtfully positioned with photography in mind. We were fortunate to have nice weather so sunset shots were possible in addition to those under lights. There was good variety including some special additional items and no one will ever forget the flames from the Hurricane starting up! Some of us even managed to capture the event 👍👏.

Looking forward to the next event guys.

My first event with Threshold at Bovington Tank museum really good and the guys were very helpful in showing me how to take night photos. Really good and would definitely recommend them.

Attended White Waltham Night Shoot, Saturday 19th September. Can't give enough praise for how the evening was organized during the current restrictions. We were treated to a wonderful evening and can't wait for the next ones I have already booked. Top marks guys, well done.

Overall this was a great experience, the instructions were clear, the Threshold personnel approachable and easy-going and the tanks were well spaced and well positioned so access was easy.
This was my first time doing anything like it and am already thinking about which event to do next!

I can only echo all the very positive reviews/comments already made. The food was also excellent and good value.

Another superb event by the guys, well planned and well executed.

Sounds hollow cant fault what the guys do, different things to shoot, staff always on hand to give advice and encouragement.

Events are alot fun and a good laugh

Just had my first ever shoot with these guys and they exceeded expectation. I will certainly be keeping an eye on future events!
