Although I did not purchase from the site, I had a pleasant experience with the customer service. They done their best to get me the best deal possible and answered all of my questions.

I found the same item on ex-display elsewhere, which is why I didn't purchase from Three Pin Power.

I was looking for an electric scooter for my partner but didn’t know much about them. The guys at Three Pin Power were very patient and helpful in narrowing down what I needed. They went above and beyond for me sending links to scooter reviews and summarising the pros and cons of each one. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend.

Ordered the M2 bike, Gentlemen rang to conform order and was delivered on the day and on time. Slight problem with front derailleur but they sent me a video to help sort it. As I write the hole experience from buying to riding been a pleasure. Excellent company dont change anything.

Easy to place order. Bike received exactly as promised and on time. Kept informed all the way and easy to put together with full instructions, although I have to admit my son did most of the work.
This is my second e-bike and only replaced my first because I needed a step through. I am really pleased with my purchase as it means I can keep cycling and the quality of the bike in my opinion is excellent value for money.

Good service speedy delivery only problem was the brake’s were very spongy had to take it to local bike shop to do the brakes.

Just a great bike to ride. As a first timer to ebikes and not ridden a bike for 20+ years it was so easy to put it all together and get out there riding using assistance when required. I will perhaps need to spend a bit of time getting to know exactly what the bike is capable of.

The delivery was on time with good communication from both Three Pin Power and the delivery company. The bike was well protected with ample packaging.
