Very well managed process with clear communication and well executed completion.

I would normally give +4 stars for this service, but there a few things which I wasn’t told or didn’t happen

1. I would be receiving multiple emails to ask me to give feedback
2. We were meant to complete on 24th, I had to chase on 22nd to obtain the completion statement. This arrived on 23rd. Our previous solicitor gave us much more notice. Imagine the scramble of getting monies together
3. The fancy portal didn’t really give me confidence. There’s loads of steps and unless you are legally trained it all sounds strange.

For someone who likes to be organised, I needed more clarity around things.

That said the people were lovely to speak to and knowledgeable.

Threemo have helped my partner and I buy/sell a few properties now and their service is always incredible. They may cost a tad more than the other quotes you’ll get but trust me it’s worth every penny.
They answer the phone always, they reply to emails very fast. They never leave you waiting for a response.
Would never go anywhere else!!
