The service was absolutely fantastic. Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful and the fact that I could do everything form related on my iPad made everything so much easier. Definitely the best solicitor I have ever had to deal with.

As a nervous first-time buyer, putting my life savings into this purchase felt incredibly daunting. I had no prior experience and was really relying on their guidance and reassurance, which they provided with genuine kindness and patience throughout.

They answered every one of my many questions—no matter how obvious—without a hint of judgment. I never once felt dismissed or brushed off. Their responsiveness was exceptional, replying to emails even on weekends and always being available by phone during the day, which made a huge difference to my peace of mind.

Great swift process and easy to follow at every step

I can highly recommend Threemo. My remortgage completed within 3 weeks and they responded to any queries I had promptly. You must be on top of your paperwork and provide relevant documents they need to progress. I would give them ten out of 5 stars!

Excellent experience with Threemo as our conveyancers. An online conveyancer with brilliant communication, very responsive and efficient with their work. We were well informed at every stage and no chasing required. The pricing was transparent and you get what you pay for with Threemo - slightly more expensive than others but it is worth it for a stress free process and also having all the costs up front - no hidden costs like with the cheaper firms. They have a really useful portal where you can submit docs and view the status of the purchase (nice for millennials who prefer to communicate via email!) A bonus was that it was a no completion no fee - which was a huge relief when our first purchase fell through. We were set up on a new file as soon as our next offer was accepted and experienced the same great service with the second purchase. We have already recommended to our parents who are currently using Threemo for their sale/purchase. Many thanks to Jake, Paula, Laura and Nicholas for handling our case.
