Parcel arrived but company needs to be better at responding to emails.
I am in a similar situation to others on here, I have paid £120 for an order, placed on December 16th, after receiving a confirmation email and tracking info, nothing has moved since, and my emails and instagram messages are being ignored. I am in desperate need of this product but this service is appalling. I don't know what to do.
Ordered on 12 December. I have very low iron and symptoms of anaemia. Needed the product urgently. Paid for express shipping. Tracking shows the product was dispatched on 12 December and there has been no movement since. It is showing it is still in Texas. Shipping won’t help as they say it isn’t in their possession yet so was advised to contact the seller.
Despite 2 urgent emails I have heard absolutely nothing from Three Arrows. I am left in desperate need of this product, which has come highly recommended, and my health is deteriorating with every day that passes. Ignoring emails asking for updates doesn’t align with their purported values that they care deeply about the health of their consumer.
Not a good start
Used Iron repair plus for about two months as instructed. It didn’t work for me probably because I only have small bowel; my large intestines was taken out 14 years ago ( Ileostomy) asked for a refund and they promptly replied refunded full amount. ( had to pay £16 to return what was left but it was fair if worked would have been well worth it)
Long story short it’s a genuine company trying their best ( even my gp didn't know much about heme iron).
Anyone having wondering if it’s a legit business?..it is. Hope it will work for you.
Placed an order on 3rd December, was told on the tracking it would be delivered on Wednesday 20th December, I’ve just checked the tracking again and now it is saying 27th December, not good enough!
