Was charged without asking and can't cancel
I got an email stating I would get 150 dollars of free items in my next box so I clicked on it to check it out. When I did I tried to scroll on the page and clicked a button where I was immediately charged for a premium subscription and had an order placed. I find it very frustrating not even being asked to charge my account and then not being able to cancel or get a refund.

If you have an issue with a box or not getting your style there’s always someone there to help. It did take a little time to get my style down but once they do it’s great. Absolutely Garbage!
I signed up for it, scrolled through the clothing and did not like anything they had. A few days later a package came with absolute garbage clothes low quality which I haven't even ordered. Called CS and cant even return the package bc of a no refund policy.

Very disappointed in the package that I got.
I even spring the extra money for the best tier and the clothes showed up dirty with bleach stains(not a design) and food stains all over them.
The only good thing out of the entire package was the shoes. The Sox and boxers were new, everything else looked like it came out of the goodwill box.
I have pictures and sent them to thread beast. They said I could send in my items for an exchange but since I immediately canceled my subscription when I saw the clothes I was ineligible.
I feel like I paid $320 for a pair of shoes and a bunch of used clothes.
