Scam alert- Thr3Letter

Ordered a dress worth ₹7,800 from Thr3Letter and had an extremely disappointing experience. The dress delivered was loose, baggy, and was two sizes bigger than the UK 10 size ordered.
That’s still okay if the customer care was polite- they were the most horrible customer care ppl ever- they just ignored my request for an exchange even though I offered to ship their very very average quality dress back- repeated requests for an exchange were ignored, messages went unanswered, and there was no response even on Instagram.
It’s unfortunate because brands like this end up giving genuine small businesses a bad reputation. Charging premium prices while delivering average quality and refusing basic customer support is unacceptable. All those influencers you see, all fake. Buyers beware.
Proceeding with a consumer court complaint next.have all the evidence required.
