Great lip glosses and cute packaging!

I absolutely love this company, the stock they use and the personalising is so good!
Everything is such great value too!
When I have needed to talk to customer services they have always been quick and clear at communicating.

The products I receive have always come beautifully packaged and so well looked after I absolutely love it for my bridal party

I ordered these on the basis of the 2-4 business days delivery promised on the website. A few days after ordering, yodel informed me that they'd be with me in roughly 5 days.

I made contact to state that the item should be with me by now, and the very rude advisor on live chat told me that delivery was up to four working days.... I had to explain what 4 working days meant and have them count the days, yet they still wouldn't admit they were wrong.

After a little back and forth, they eventually agreed to cancel the order and refund me. Overall, a very poor experience and I cannot recommend this company.
