I found these socks to be poor quality, and therefore overpriced. I tried to return, made a few phone calls. Never got to the right office. Wrote several emails with no appropriate response. Avoid.

Customer service is impossible to communicate with. They don't take calls or emails.
When we finally got through the laborious process of exchanging socks we got the wrong ones.
Now we have $100+ of useless socks.
They also charge for returns. Odd for a company with such a good product.

Tried very hard to repurchase significant amount of Thorlo socks for family - but lack of QC prevents us! Website mis quotes shipping price! Website substitutes in its own quantities and off-sizes to slip them in your cart "while greyed out". Website keeps promoting and hijacking your cursor to push items that are "out of stock." It's crazy. No human must be involved with thorlo.com. Completely inadequate e-commerce attempt. Also, THorlo online account hides detail of your prior purchases. All the online account give you is SPAm and a detail-less "Order #".
What an excellent product line! All styles are made to maximize comfort and durability! You cannot go wrong with ThorLo socks.
Oh, if you have a question concerning Thorlo’s, their customer service reps are attentive and courteous professionals.
Happy feet, happy heart. I contacted Thorlo to exercise its "lifetime guarantee" and as a result, my 80 year old feet are now enjoying some new, extremely comfortable Thorlo socks. I have abundant respect and admiration for the excellent customer service representatives.

The socks are most comfortable although getting them was a bit of a challenge due to their difficulties with power. But they made good by keeping me in the loop then offering an incentive to maintain the order. Great customer service in my opinion

Placed an order on Dec 8th 2023, but after 11 days the order is still 'unfulfilled'.
Have tried to complain thru 'online chat' 'online message' 'telephone' and 'email', but so far NOTHING.
Have dealt with them for years and never had this problem before.
Their products are excellent, but 'customer care' is no longer working at all.
Very disappointed....
I am very pleased by Thorlo products. I am 50+ years old and started running last January. Throughout the past months, I ran the NYC Half-Marathon, the Brooklyn Half and the TCS New York Marathon. For all these races, I used Thorlo socks and they helped me to finish the races without any major injury (except a tiny blister for the Marathon). I am therefore very grateful for their products which helped to gain confidence about running and took away the fear of pain the day after.
I’ve worn Thorlo socks since 1996! They’ve kept my feet happy through three marathons, countless half marathons and daily walks. Wouldn’t lace up without them!
I have been wearing your socks for years an you won't find any others in my drawer. On days that I am working I average about 23,000 steps and all these steps are comfortable and dry. Thorlo are the best, try them once and you won't wear any others. JC
