Will B, and Steve and the rest of the support staff are extremely helpful and patient. When I fried my PSU to my Workshop Module the also insured there was no additional damage to any components in the build and they sent me a replacement. PSU at a very low cost. I really appreciate it.

I can't thank Steve enough for his support in getting my Workshop System built. He took me through several newbie errors with patience and kindness, including the many times he had to say to me "No, that's still not a power supply that can shift 15V" because I hadn't - you know - READ THE LABEL.

He's given me more confidence to take on bigger projects, knowing I'll almost certaintly get there...once I've got a larger rack to create the space, obviously.

Hands down THE best supplier for synth parts I've ever encountered. First class service, extremely helpful anytime I've had to reach out for advice and the quality of the parts I ordered ( moog style control knobs) was superb.

They’re fully stocked with an incredible range of modules, plus tons of DIY options—all backed by detailed build documentation for each module.
When I accidentally damaged a transistor on one of my builds, the friendly team helped me out quickly and efficiently with a replacement transistor. I really appreciated their support.
This is definitely a store I’ll keep coming back to. One day, I’ll even try attending one of their DIY workshops!
