After discovering Thompson Carter I have bought multiple fragrances from them. Their attention to detail is great and customer service is excellent. Was missing an item from my last order and I emailed them right away. Being I’m across the pond I knew my response would be handled their local time. When I woke up, I had a response from Yaseen who promptly took care of me and handled the mishap quickly and professionally. Great job Yaseen.
Thompson Carter your fragrances are top notch and your customer service is exceptional. You have become a long distance relative that I don’t get to see but with every purchase creates lasting memories. Hey there’s a name for your new scent, Lasting Memories. Adam at Thomson Carter’s customer service is by far the best CS employee ever !
Something went wrong with a delivery, I accidentally got two of the same fragrances instead of two different bottles and after my e-mail i was contacted by him, and received the correct bottle a couple of days later, totally free of charge including a bag and free samples.
The first order was also delivered in a box with a bag, a small pillow and some samples, such a delight to ‘unbox’ !!
Since the fragrances are all so wonderful, I will definitely order again ! Thanks Adam, great job !

Review of purchase from Thomson Carter
I placed an order for two perfumes, Bois de Santal and Lillium Bloom. They both smell divine and some complimentary trial scents were also included in the box. There was a slight delay in my order reaching me, but Gareth provided excellent service and I received them anyway, later the day I enquired. All round, a positive experience and I would recommend Thomson Carter if you are looking for beautiful scents from a small UK company.

I originally ordered your Discovery package because your products are not sold in store's here in the United States. I wanted to try one sent in particular because I had heard good things about it, Smoke and Mirrors. Delivery and Product better than expected
My order came faster than expected to the U.S. It had little extras that I love! Little pillow, a nice bag. and samples! Always "Yes!" to samples! And the Smoke and Mirrors cologne is amazing! It's unique, and I love that! Definitely will order from Thomson Carter again!
