Found what I needed and ordered. Phone number in Washington DC...disconnected. Foreign ATM charge on my card. No email confirming order. When i sent them an email it came back as not existing. Site on the web is a legitimate dog groomer in California that has no internet store. Fraud. Fraud. Fraud. Lost $55.00 and declared my card as stolen.

Company 1 does not send item ordered, 2 item is sent from an unknown individual, 3 No response to emails asking for correction of order, 4 lists a contact telephone number that does not exist.

Seems like a scam

This company is a scam!!!! They would not process my refund. I emailed for the reason why the pill label does not show a proper pharma code, but recieved a response stating, "it's fine, I'm sure both you and your fish will love it". These folks need to be shut down!!!!

I bought ipods headphones from this company and paid 89 dollars. They wrote my address wrong. DHL company came to my building 2 times on the morning of 23 August and my order was returned to the seller on the same day. The shipping company did not wait even 1 day. When I called, it was said that it was returned. There was no response. I wrote my experience in the site comments, my comment is not visible. This company is fraudulent. I am complaining to both ThomasPetRx and DHL shipping company.

I purchased a pair of “Apple” Airpods Pro from this company any when I received them I knew right away they were counterfeits. I emailed them and they started a return process. I had to pay to ship item back to them and now its been almost 2 weeks since the website owner completely ignored my emails. I have not received any refund so i just went ahead and disputed this purchase.

Looking for a replacement of Amoxicillin for Fish that I used to purchase that was made by Thomas Lab, who has since gone out of business. I received my order just fine. I went to check the coded imprint on the pills and they say AMO 500. Amoxicillin should have an imprinted code of AMOX 500 along with another number. I have checked every pill data base and there is no match for Amoxicillin with that code. I tried reaching out to Thomas Petrx. Asked them point blank about the code not matching and they would not give me an answer. Only told me to go read their product reviews. That did not answer my question. Any antibiotic, even for fish, should have the pharmacological code imprinted on the bottle. These do not match. I am afraid to use the product in my aquarium as who knows what it is.

BUYER BEWARE... My debit card info was stolen after ordering a product!!! Do not order from here...

I purchased 60 dollars of fish tank amoxicillin, pills are half empty with salt ,its a scam , i asked for a refund but they wont return my calls or email

They sent a package with a printed lable that looked like it was grabbed from a picture of a Thomas Labs bottle. The bottle had a cheep thin cap, and it was filled with green gel caps of SALT, not penicillin. Also, package was late. I asked for a refund, and they did not reply or issue a refund.

This is a scam. Sent 30 pills instead of 100. Charged more than the web site said. The bottles look the same as Thomas Labs but it is not.
