The store (Kittsee, Austria) is disorganized and long quese at the checkout. There are no price tags on the stock outside, so after lifting heavy 50L potting mix onto the trolley, (a worker scanning items outside was miserable and did not offer to help) to line up in a slow queue just to ask the cashier how much it was, of course I said yes I want it after the ordeal of lifting it. Leaving the store though, I thought to myself this is way too expensive for a no brand potting mix and went back imnediately to exchange it for a cheaper one, whose price I had to google myself by the way! The cashier refused to exchange it, saying I agreed to buy it. Poor customer service.
