I used thistle boilers for replacing old radiators with towel rails in 2 rooms. The response was prompt and a quote was supplied after a few details exchanged about the job.
Arrived on time and completed the job to a high standard, very impressed with the professionalism and the work.

Gary took the time to explain all the options based on various factors and within a few days I had my new boiler installed.It was a professional service from start to finish and the quality and finish of the work was 5*.

They were able to complete the replacement in half a day which shows they have a great work ethic!

Couldn't recommend enough, from the start a quote was given from looking through the packages with no hidden costs, the actual fitting of the boiler was no bother at all and managed to squeeze me in pretty fast, Gary was polite and had everything tidied up at the end so wouldn't even know had been, would recommend to anyone looking to have a boiler replaced.

Highly recommend Thistle boilers great service from start to finish for installing new LPG boiler.
Arrived on date and time agreed (big bonus nowadays) very efficient and thorough. All pipe work very neat, and leaves job very clean and tidy no mess to clear up. Follow up call to check if everything is working ok and if we had any concerns.

I cant recommend Gary at Thistle Boilers highly enough. Always completes a job to a high standard and the communication from start to finish is top class. Gary recently installed a new boiler and heating system for us when we were building an extension and has continued to service it for us, he was a breath of fresh air and took a lot of stress away from us. We could trust his judgement and always rely on him for a first class job.

I had a new boiler fitted by Gary. He was very professional and efficient. My boiler is in a very tight cupboard with not much room but Gary had no problem removing the old boiler and putting new boiler in. I was also changing type off boiler so that was added work for Gary he completed the job in the time he stated at start off the job.
I would have no hesitation referring Gary to anyone looking for new boiler.
His work was first class and 100% professional.

I was contacted the night before the installation, to confirm arrival time. Gary arrived bang on time, and was polite & very professional. New boiler installed efficiently and without any issues, and Gary more than happy to answer any question that I had. I would recommend him to anyone.

Amazing work all round. Everything done super fast and effective no fuss no hassle and such a high quality too. The old water tank boiler and radiators taken away and disposed of as well. Really knowledgeable and experienced while providing a friendly and down to earth customer service.
