My partner and I broke up and we had to break the lease. I ordered this for us as a last activity/goodbye to do together. I ordered it around Feb. 21st. I checked the tracking almost every day and it kept saying processing. I finally moved out March 14th and it was never delivered. I sent an email about requesting a refund and im not sure if it was the computer responding to them, but i feel like i had to explain myself multiple times. Lastly they responded that I should check all this places in my old apartment, but I obviously don’t have access anymore to the building. I am disappointed that I chose this company for such an important and emotional situation for me. Not reliable.

The customer service is nonexistent. They use AI responses to basically repeat what you said back to you. No human is available, I sent multiple emails and even went through thier chat function on the site. My kit is unusable and they will not reply or help in any way. If they are going to pull this AI crap then I do not recommend using them in any way, you will get ripped off. Period.

I received a single kit from the shop on their website. It was not packaged like the advertisement, but whatever. Turns out that the only instructions are in Mandarin. It's just a piece of paper with a QR code to a Chinese app. Those were the instructions given to me. I emailed and got a very quick response that they were looking into it. They promised to send me the instructions.
I followed up a week later looking for the instructions. Should have been a 5 second email at most. Quick pdf link, and an apology. No reply at all
I have followed up again but I am beyond disappointed that they a) shipped a faulty kit b) promised to send me the one thing I need and c) are repeatedly ignoring me when I remind them. Horrible company that is cleary using cheap, made in China goods.
Edit 1/4/26: reached out again- this time on Facebook. While I did get a reply and another promise to escalate to a higher service team, still no instructions.
Edit 1/7/26: Nearly two weeks since I got the kit, and still no instructions. What's driving me nuts is that it's a 10 second email at most. I don't care one bit what they are doing to figure out why this happened! I just want the instructions! The company had time to reply to my review almost immediately but they continue to give me the runaround!
I am planning to return the kit. I am usually so relaxed about service related stuff but the level of "unacceptable" for this entire company makes me so angry. Why do I have to through a whole process, 3 different platforms, and nearly two weeks for a simple pdf or video? Why is it on me to spend all this time and energy?

Ordered the Suncatchers kit, I received several messages from " it's being packed", " it's being shipped", " on its way", " delivered soon", " delivered". It was absolutely not delivered. I contacted them and received email that stated my address was undeliverable and couldn't be found. They asked me to verify my address which I did and assured me it would be reshipped back out to me ( as it was returned to them) and should be to me shortly. I again received all the same messages and still after receiving the last message " it's in your mailbox" nothing. I've asked for a refund so we'll see how that goes. If I have to contact the BBB I sure will.

I have gotten four boxes so far, and each of them has been a great way to try a craft I’ve been interested in without have to go to the store and purchase all the supplies that may or may not be relevant to the project I want to make. I think this is exactly the point of the box, and I happen to be the audience that it’s perfect for. However, the reason I’ve come to make a review is the excellent customer service from Amelia and their team. When my most recent box got lost in transit, they never once made me feel like it was my fault or problem. I was promptly given support and clear next steps and then… they followed through and fixed it by shipping a new box!! This seems small, but companies now really do not care about the customer after getting their money, and I have come to expect terrible treatment or just sheer inaction as a result. I appreciated the sincere apology they gave for the mishap and the prompt way they took care of it!! Again shout out to Amelia, they deserve a raise!!!

I initially tried out this company to see if it would help during the winter doldrums. I interacted with the company via email and they were lovely. I tried 2 boxes and then decided to cancel the subscription. I have since then been bombarded with emails telling me I must be “angry” and that they “ screwed up”. I replied honestly and have still gotten emails of them apparently reading my mind as to why I cancelled. I even replied and told them the emails were too much and they should back off from responding to customers this way. Still more emails. They are now blocked (sad) because of their over the top attempts to retain my business. It was a possibility until they kept telling me that I was pissed off blah blah blah. Now it’s NOT a possibility. I do wish them well and hope they change their “tactics”. Also- the crafts were IMO somewhat advanced without enough instruction but overall a quality product.

Fun to try a new craft—soap making. Everything was included except for the rubbing alcohol, which probably most people already have. I did this activity with my granddaughter, which made it even more fun.

These boxes are most certainly not worth the $35 price tag and 100% do not have “$75+ worth of supplies”. After 7 boxes, I’ve consistently had pieces missing, had very low quality crafts, and this month I got the wrong box altogether. It’s really not worth it. I’ve been back and forth with customer service almost every month, and kept giving benefit of the doubt because I love crafts, but it consistently is not what they promise.

This Months Craft was extremely helpful when I needed to cancel my order. I was really excited for the box, but I just couldn’t afford it at the moment. They were very accommodating and canceled my order and gave me a refund. When I can afford it I will be signing up again!

I love subscription boxes so I switch through them occasionally, this one is my favorite. I always joke that my hobby is hobbies and this is the perfect box for it. Even if I get a craft I'm already involved in the box gives you a lot of options and materials that you'll still have something new!

I love both the craft and DIY boxes. I have learned so many new and fun things. I have done from jewelry making to making my own hot sauce. Wood burning and soap making. These boxes make it so early with detailed color picture instructions. Saves me so much money trying new crafts.

The customer service agents I spoke with are fantastic! They are kind, caring and the best thing is that they really love their job! I have worked in customer service at hotels, restaurants, doctor offices for all my jobs and trust me to find people who care this much is amazing! I hope all of us can find a job we love as much as they love working with This Months Crafts!

Great craft. I carved both of my birds. The second one really showed the experience I got from the first one. I was thinking of going back and carving more on the first but decided to keep it the way it turned out to show my improvement.

Very courteous and friendly customer service. Requested to change from easy craft box to DYI box and it was changed in time for my next box.. I love how the directions are easy to follow and everything is included. I would definitely recommend.
