Steve did an amazing job with my husband's mac, which had died. He retrieved as much data as he could, spending hours on it, and he went out of his way to get us a newer mac, and helped us with future data storage. He knows his stuff and I'd fully recommend him to anyone with computer problems.
I have dealt with lots of IT people in the past and took my crashed PC to Steve with very little expectation that he would be able to help. He was straightforward and logical and did not overpromise. But he did over deliver and saved my bacon!
