Terrible. it’s been 2 months since I ordered my package and I still haven’t received it. the first time the package was sent, it had an insufficient address and was sent back. The second time they sent it, I haven’t received any updates and have emailed customer service a few times to understand what is going on.

The first parcel was out for delivery within the timeframe promised but according tho the local courier the delivery address was not sufficient, therefore the parcel was sent back to their warehouse. We have immediately organised a second shipment but as we have mentioned on the product page the pieces you order are in production. We had therefore to wait for the first batch to be ready and a new shipment has been sent out to you, which is still in transit. As our team has already mentioned via email, we have issue a refund of the shipping costs a confirmation with the tracking information available will be sent to you as soon as the courier comes back to us.

There is a current investigation with the courier side as the parcel shows delivered to the address you provided on 30-09 as we have mentioned via email.
Since we have to wait for the courier to undertake the necessary steps to verify the location of the parcel, this process can take some time so this issue is currently still pending. As per our policy, if the parcel is found it will be sent to your address, if not you will be offered a refund or a replacement.

I'm very happy with my order
I'm very happy with my order; 13.31 kept me updated during the shipping process as it took a while to arrive. The mugs I bought are beautiful, and are exactly like the photos. The postage was costly but worth it, as I couldn't find these mugs for a cheaper price in the UK, and 13.31 explained to me that they use a courier because the Chinese postal service is not very reliable. I would definitely recommend this company and would shop with them again.

I was so excited by the amazing range…
I was so excited by the amazing range of earrings on the website and ordered 3 pairs but unfortunately I found they took rather a long time to arrive and 1 of the pairs broke on their first wear - both earrings losing several components. I have other cheaper earrings which are much better quality, albeit not quite as imaginative as the 13:31 designs.

Worst online shopping experience

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, although it doesn’t seem to reflect what has actually happened. Our team has communicated with you from the beginning in regards of your two parcels. One of the two parcels has been delivered without any issues and within the timeframe promised.
The second parcel was sent with a different courier that was having several issues with your destination country. This has been discussed with you via email by our customer service, we have records that show you have always been responded within 24-48 hours time with extensive information and updates. In addition, since you have told us it was meant to be a gift, we have immediately refunded the part of the order in delay and we informed you it was still going to be delivered although we didn’t have any idea on the date. Upon checking the tracking number, we can see that the parcel got actually delivered today.
