I have had multiple pairs of ThinOptics and carry them everywhere!! The reason for this review is not just because the ultra thin glasses are so good - but a recent pair had a hinge break on the case... See more

You heard my concerns and acted accordingly and made me very happy

The glasses are nice thin and sleek however, there's lot of reflection of day light that makes it difficult to read and effecting the eyes.
I would return them for refund.

I love the idea of it, very useful and convenient to have on the phone. However they are pricey and do not last long, the lenses scratch easily and quickly just from occasional use and they eventually fall apart in the middle. They could be made better.

The ordering process was easy. The delivery was too slow for the cost paid for shipping. Should give free shipping for the cost of the product. The cost was my biggest issue. The readers have gone up in price since I first started purchasing them. While it is a unique and useful product, the price is too much. Also the quality of the product has gone down. I continue to experience nose pieces that break off. I am very careful with the readers and keep them in a case, but the nose pieces still break. When I first started purchasing the readers from Thin Optics you would replace at no cost but the shipping. You should return to that policy for loyal customers who have a history of purchasing your product. Especially at the cost of the readers currently.

I’ve been using ThinOptics for many years. I’m almost a salesman every time someone notices my readers coming out of my phone case.

Amazing customer service and products! We have referred so many friends to get these glasses for the ease of having them on the back of your phone case! Love it!

Bought 4 new replacement specs for back of iPhone and the magnetic sleeve, good idea but I lost 2 sets immediately as it does not hold them as well as the old sleeve with sticky pad. I replace these a few times a year when that get a bit scratched

Excellent product. Excellent Service.
The original pair did not fit my wife's thin nose well, I went over this with support, and an exchange was promptly worked out.
My wife is very happy with the quality and the fit.

When ordering it takes to long to get your product. Then the emails that come after I made the order, stating that I could save 30 to 40% on my next order are most irritating because for years I've been a customer sooo why not give me the 30 or 40 % off on the order that I had just made???

I received my glasses and I love them. I love the thiness so they can be carried in my purse, wallet, pocket, etc.
I will definitely buy again...

You had a great warranty for substandard product, where every pair about 10 to 12 the nose piece broke off. Now you DO NOT STAND BEHIND YOUR PRODUCTS. I HAVE A COUPLE OF OTHER PRODUCTS FROM YOU AND THEY SEEM FINE. With this kind of poor quality product I am looking elsewhere for readers.

The glasses are good, and the case attached to my phone case, but no where in the product description was an explanation that the glass case was separate from the underlying base. Why is it that way? I am open to an explanation.
