Speedy delivery even to EU
I already have some thinoptics reader, but with the use sometimes they break (they are REALLY thin). I usually buy them when I am in the US, because of the speedy delivery but this time I needed them even if I'm in Europe... it took only a few days, with no extra delivery costs and no tariff to pay, to have them delivered to me

your website is easy to use. The order process is easy to go through. The only thing I have a concern with is the last order I had made one of the lenses. The nose piece broke on it. within a few days.

Package never arrived
DHL sent a delivery proof picture showing your package sticking halfway out of our mail box - but once I got home it was not there - so I've never received the package...

Worth the price
I've purchased 4 glasses and am very happy with the quality of each. They are lightweight and are easily packable given the cases they come with. I've been asked numerous times about them and have given only positive reviews.

I must have a dozen thin optics readers - I put a pair in with each needlepoint project to make sure I have them. Also everywhere around the house I might need- love love - just want cute cases for the readers

Return request ignored.
I recently received two sets of glasses. Both did not meet my expectations. I immediately upon trying them wrote to customer service for a refund request. I did not hear back. I sent another request and did not hear back. I then left on vacation out of the country. I'm concerned that I will now be beyond the return date. This is very frustrating. I was the one who had to keep checking or requesting a confirmation of my request. I'm very displeased and will not recommend this product or company.
