Ordered a pair of glasses with the wrong strength by mistake and reached out to support to request a return. Support reached out to inform me that they had arranged for a replacement pair being sent with the corrected strength, free of charge!!

Perfect readers for my job and excellent customer service.
First of all, these thin and light weight reading glasses were exactly what I needed for my work place. My job is physical and often times working outdoors. Because of this I've broken many pairs of reading glasses being crushed in my pocket or my tool belt. But with this thin design AND being in a solid case, I couldn't be happier. It's as if it was tailored to my specific job. Very happy about these glasses.
A quick note about their customer service. I ordered 2 pairs of reading glasses and one pair did not match the magnifying strength of the other. I emailed customer service and they got back to me right away and straightened everything out with no hassle and not extra cost. You couldn't ask for a better customer service experience. These guys are top notch. I'll be recommending them to my family, friends and co-workers!

Wonky website won’t let you order the right color
As I’ve tried to explain to your customer service representative that I’m emailing with; when I placed my order, I ordered black, but your website repeatedly changes back to the flag from black for the design of the case. Needless to say when I received my order, it was the flag case. I’ve emailed back-and-forth and no one seems to care other than me having to send the flag cases back or him sending me two new black cases, but I still have to pay for shipping. So I will be sending them back and I will pay for shipping and I will never use your product or order it again - horrible customer service.

Wow!! Besides having great products, the customer service experience was above and beyond. Something you don't see much these days. I reached out to ThinOptics Customer Service about needing a different magnification on some readers I had just purchased, They sent me a set of readers that same day, I had them in my hands in 4 days. Miguel(Customer Service Rep) was very helpful and courteous. I'm very impressed.

Amazing warranty
Their warranty program is second to none. If your eye glasses broke you will get a replacement with nearly no questions asked. All you need is to attach a telling picture and soon after they ship you a new pair. Amazing

the best glasses I’ve ever bought.
I really like ThinOptics glasses. They are so light weight and comfortable (important for me as I get a headache from heavier glasses).
Beyond the glasses, their customer service is excellent. I have emailed them several times with questions that were answered quickly and thoroughly (by Y. and I.), these great customer service representatives. ThinOptics is a fine company with customer comfort in mind.
