Sent for the lovely wooden wishing well with planter. Unfortunately the planter does not have a base to it so the compost for the flowers will fall through to the ground. Very disappointed - will have to somehow make one.

Ordered a heater
Ordered a heater, paid for fast delivery and then get told, after they have taken the money of course, that they have no stock and it will be another week before they have any. False advertising and shouldnt be allowed to take quick delivery money if they dont have anything to sell. Dont deserve one star but i dont have an option for none.

Con artists. I bought and paid for a large electric blanket, 150 x 110.
They took the money and sent a small one, different make, only 113 x 104.
Why do online firms con people all the time. This is not a mistake, it's a 22 carat con.
