The shop is so nice, especially the changing room. And the people working there are adorable. I just wanted to buy everything.

Shopping at Thinking MU in Madrid was a FUN AND WONDERFUL experience! It's a beautiful shop and very centrally located in a beautiful neighborhood. Juan and Abril were terrific, helpful and super funny. Only thing was that it was extremely hard to decide what to purchase seeing I wanted to buy everything! The clothes and bags are super gorgeous and of the best quality..Highly recommended!

3 or 4 years ago I needed a shirt quickly since I spilled stuff during lunch. Went to P&C at the Potsdamer Platz in Berlin and they had nnsome Shirts from Thinking Mu. Bought it and loved it.
Ever since I yearly order some designs and am super happy with it. Only concern is, that some designs are not a thick as others farbic wise, which results in those to decay way quicker. But overall awesome. Also the customer support is superb.
Thank you Thinking Mu Team and have a wonderful day.
Best,
Felix

It's a shame to leave this review because I've been interested in this brand for a while before I bought something, and I like the style.
They advertise delivery within 3-4 days on their website. It took 10 business days just for them to hand my order over to the courier, and then the courier was delayed 3 times. Altogether, I received my package after waiting for 3 weeks.
The quality of the clothing is really poor. Uneven stitching, missing overlocks, loose threads hanging down everywhere, and the fabric hadn't been cut properly and the top part is misshapen and asymmetrical. It was also covered in dog or cat hair when I received it, so someone else must have returned it before me. Honestly, I cannot believe I paid them almost 200 EUR for this outfit. The quality and the fit is just not there, and they are definitely not what I would call "sustainable" garments.
Lastly, when I contacted them about these issues, with photos, it's now been over a week and I've still had no response from them offering support, even though they are legally obliged to do so.
Very disappointing experience.

I wanted to leave a review specifically for the Barcelona store and the two staff who helped me replace my trousers when I had issues. They ordered an item in for me to be able to try on in store and when I had to replace them they were quick to help and solve the problem, this is great customer service! I’ve always loved thinking mu but now even more!!! Thank you 😁

Thinking MU are pioneers in sustainable fashion. Very great designs and good customer service. It's the third time I order something and every time I've been happy about it !

Nice clothes, but very poor quality. I bought several tshirts for up to 60€ per piece and I wasn’t able to wear them after half a year cause there were holes in it and the fabric was getting seeing-through. Unfortunately the customer service didn’t offered me any solution.
Update: because I insisted I got meanwhile a refund of half of the price of the t-shirt.
Additional information: I informed the company about the defects in the t-shirt after just 6 months and obviously I'm not the only one complaining about quality problems.
I responded today to their email.
Please just improve your quality and your type of customer service (especially the communication). Your clothes are beautiful and have a unique style.

I ordered some trousers online, they didn't fit. When I tried to return I followed all the instructions but the parcel just got returned to me and now Thinking Mu aren't returning my emails. Very expensive trousers, not good customer service
In the photo from the site looks completely different than in life. In life, the fabric can be different in a bad way. I won't order again. Totally scam
This is the context of my review: in the autumn of 2020, I decided to stop buying newly manufactured clothes. Since then, I have been buying clothes in thrift stores and on Vinted. I struggled with pants however. Ordering used pants without trying them on proved to be very hit or miss and more often a miss. So I decided to look for sustainably made, good quality pants that would last me for years.
And so I ordered the "Green seersucker checks mariam pants" from Thinking Mu.
My first gripe, although this is not entirely the brand's fault: I had a very negative experience with the delivery of my order. I say "not entirely the brand's fault" because, of course they do not hire their drivers, but they do choose the company they decide to ship with and give no options to the customer. So they shipped with UPS. On Trustpilot, UPS has close to 45,000 reviews that amount to an average score of 1.25 out of 5 stars. And the person in charge of my delivery lived up to that reputation. But moving on.
The pants seemed nice when I received them. Seersucker fabric is traditionally a lightweight, summery fabric and these pants were indeed lightweight, but not see-through, which is good (although they aren't lined). I knew when ordering them that the back pockets were fake, so no bad surprises there, although I would give the following piece of constructive criticism: I have never really understood the point of fake pockets, you either make them real, or don't put anything at all. But okay. The front pockets are inseam pockets. They are okay deep. My phone fits about halfway in so there's no risk of it falling out when you're walking, but you should be careful sitting down. I understand that the pants are too lightweight to put anything too heavy in the pockets, but they could have probably been an inch or two deeper. Inseam pockets also tend to bulge out a but when you walk so I would have preferred them to be more diagonal. But right now I'm being almost too nitpicky. In truth, at this stage, I liked the pants and I was going to keep them.
So I went on a trip with them to the countryside. My trip involved a lot of sitting down, in trains, cars and then on a sofa. I hiked up the pants when I sat down to avoid stretching out the knee area and I didn't feel any tugging anywhere. The pants, as they were when I was standing, were quite loose even sitting down.
And then, not even a week after having received them, the back seam of the pants ripped. Thankfully, this didn't involve an unfortunate incident of the "my behind is out for the world to see"-sort, because the two pieces of fabric were still held together by the serged seam, but nevertheless, a good five centimetre portion of the seam was completely ripped open.
I assume I don't need to emphasise why this is unacceptable, because no item of clothing should rip after a few wears, but let me emphasise it nonetheless: these pants cost 110 euros. The brand claims to be sustainable. *Even if everything in your supply chain is done sustainably, there is nothing sustainable about making poor quality garments*. At this rate, you should just buy from a not-so-sustainable, high-quality, old, well-known brand, and buy once, instead of having to change your garments every year because they aren't well made.
I did contact their customer service. They didn't respond for a few days (I was growing quite anxious), but after prompting them again I received an reply quite quickly. Apparently they were waiting for an answer from their garment technician. The person who wrote to me was kind, and told me that the threads were intentionally on the thinner side so that the thin seersucker fabric wouldn't rip from the tension. That seems like a good explanation, although I doubt that all seersucker pants are this prone to rips. I'm sure there is another way. Maybe french seams? A heavier weight seersucker fabric? The customer service person also offered me a 20% percent discount for a future purchase, in case I ever wanted to give them another chance, as well as a full refund for my order so that I could get the pants repaired. So props to the brand for still having pretty good customer service. I might just give them a second chance in the future.
Epilogue: since then, I did get the pants repaired and have been wearing them. I have had no further issues, but from time to time the thought does pop into my head, that "I can't believe these pants nearly cost me a 110 euros...". I'm sorry, but for the quality of the seams, the pockets, the absence of a lining, they just aren't worth the full price.
Very poor quality and definitly not worth the price. I bought corduroy pants and after two weeks it got a huge tear. The fit was quite large so it didn’t even tear because it was tight, the fabric was just very poor quality.
Very disappointing, I definitely not recommend.
Not mindblown by their customer service. I ordered a skirt and a tank top last spring - the tank top fit me but the skirt was too small so I had to return it. They don't provide free returns - I sent the skirt back via Royal Mail on a tracked service but the parcel got lost due to the customs issue due to Brexit at the time. I never got a refund for the skirt and the brand was adamant that they couldn't issue the refund because it wasn't their fault my return got lost. I wouldn't buy from them again.
