This place is a dystopian nightmare
Let me set the scene - they have cameras in the corner of every public space, you will never not feel like you are being watched. They constantly message via whatsapp in relation to small issues they have noticed via their constant monitoring. I literally received a whatsapp image of s##tstains in a toilet bowl in a bizarre attempt to figure out who was responsible? Absolute insanity.
They do not care for the welfare of their tenants, although they love to pretend that they do. I have lived under some terrible landlords in my day but these people take the cake.
To be brief, I would not recommend this place to ANYONE. They are horrible, disingenuous slumlords with a penchant for constant video surveillance and ZERO interest in the wellbeing of their tenants as long as the money keeps flowing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Its a cozy house that felt welcoming from the moment I arrived. The hosts were friendly, my room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice common areas.
The atmosphere was peaceful, and overall, the guest house offered a quiet, comfortable stay with kind hosts and a warm, homely feel.

Comfortable living experience
I have to say, living in this apartment truly feels like home. It’s not just because all the essential living items and kitchenware were thoughtfully provided, but also because of the regular cleaning service every two weeks. Whenever we needed any maintenance or repairs, the support staff responded promptly—no matter how late it was.
Another thing I really appreciate is how comfortable the place is all year round — warm in winter and cool in summer, thanks to the heating and air conditioning. The biweekly cleaning includes wiping the stovetop, cleaning the toilet, and taking out the rubbish, which made daily life so much easier. The apartment itself is modern, minimalist, and very pleasant to live in.

Very comfortable experience
As a newcomer to Melbourne, I wanted to find a place to stay that was comfortable, clean, great location and safe and ThinkCozy delivered on every single one! The check in process was smooth and straightforward, the room and house pictures matched perfectly to what was on the video and everything was very clearly explained during move in day! The management team has been very responsive and helpful during my stay! The room is a decent size with everything included and the big screen tv is an excellent perk! Having cleaners come in every week is also very helpful and they do an amazing job! I would highly recommend Thinkcozy!

Think Cozy Thornbury: Clean, Comfortable, and Well-Managed
We rented a room at the Thornbury house and it was exactly what we needed. The application process was smooth and quick, and the interview was a great way to ensure a good fit with the household. The team was flexible and made everything easy, even going the extra mile to arrange check-in on the day that suited us. The room and house matched the photos and videos, so we knew exactly what to expect. Our room was spotless on arrival, and the house stays clean thanks to considerate housemates and a weekly cleaning service. Communication has been excellent—they’re responsive and resolve even minor issues promptly, happily replacing items when they’re worn or overused. The home is light-filled and comfortable, and everyone is respectful—clearly the selection process helps create a great atmosphere. We’d happily rent with Think Cozy again.

stayed in Mitcham, Room 1 with a private shower and kitchenette, and I really enjoyed my time there. The house was always safe and clean, the team were very supportive, and my housemates were kind and respectful.

The team at Think Cozy excel in communication and are extremely efficient at sorting any issues that may arise. The property we lived in was clean and had a homely feel. If they had properties in the area we are moving too we would be sure to stick with them.

Place feels like home
I stayed at this share house for four months, and honestly, it felt like a great find. The place was always clean and well-kept, with a warm and welcoming vibe. The room itself had everything I needed—even a little setup for cooking, which made things super convenient.
The only thing shared was the shower, but it was never an issue—it was clean and easy to access. All the utilities were included in the rent, so I didn’t have to stress about extra bills, which made life a lot easier.
The location was also a big plus. There were shops, a service station, and even a gym just a short walk away, so everything I needed was close by. My housemates were friendly and respectful, and the rental agent was kind, helpful, and easy to deal with throughout the whole stay.
Overall, the whole experience was smooth and comfortable—no complaints at all. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and fully equipped place to stay.

We loved living here for 4 months!
We lived in our room for 4 months and absolutely loved it. As a couple, we felt very comfortable — the space was cozy, clean, and well-equipped. We had everything we needed to cook in the room, which made a big difference for us. The bed was amazing, the large TV was a great bonus, and the atmosphere felt like home. Everything was well thought out and beautifully arranged. We’re really grateful for this experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone!
