Great deal on hotel but a bit complicated when booked- awaiting email to clarify booking so had to phone hotel. They explained that “things todo” would send reservations to them and then the hotel books the room. It can take two days to get email confirming booking. Make sure you redeem voucher after you’ve paid for hotel straight away.

The purchase user experience is so quick I accidentally bought two of an offer because i did not think I had completed due to a screen hang. I was going to use the double anyway, but sadly however the voucher did not state that I required 24 hours notice to book the afternoon tea I wanted so I could not take my friend as I had hoped for a special event. It simply said tea available 12.30 onwards daily. Then I tried to either get a refund or exchange the voucher and 90 minutes later was still scratching my head at the terrible experience. This actually involved sending a form to them...with no address or email address for same given, no doubt to disappear into a vast black service hole. This was nothing as simple as a webform to complete and click..oh no,.it was a copy and paste proforma for you to faff about with endlessly..including no email address...I felt like I'd time zoned back to the 1990s. That's fun. Then there's trying to exchange it instead.....for that Things to do links drained my lifespan by sending me to their Wowcher parent who then did not recognise my vouchers, several times as hope bettered experience. I suspect the website links are as terrible as the cancellation or refund process, designed, apparently to make sure you give up and they keep the money. As someone who used to design large back end databases and front end websites for a living i can only say WTF. However I give up..you can have the money, however I am never buying from either Things to do or Wowcher again. Ever. Never. Never again.

I recently purchased a voucher for a 2‑day mini cruise to Amsterdam, but due to a change in my circumstances I now need to cancel the trip. I still have 8 days left to do this. Unfortunately, the email address provided on the website is unavailable or does not exist, and no other contact information for refunds is listed. Could you please provide the correct email address where I can send my cancellation form and notice? The voucher has not been redeemed, and I would like the refund returned to my card.
