They never turned up for a boiler service

Did a great job. Really efficient, took away the old boiler, tidied up after themselves. Also a decent bunch of guys doing the work.
Pete recommends the new system and for the first time in ages we have had a fully operational system and warm house.

Can’t thank Pete at the yorkshire boiler company enough, after having a broken boiler for 3 & half weeks and my local council not repairing it I contacted the Yorkshire boiler company as I saw a advert online and from the minute I rang up the the minute the call ended the lady in call center was so helpful got me in touch with technician who contacted me straight away, and pointed me in the right direction to be able to get my boiler repaired as I didn’t know it had warranty and gave me contact numbers and a lot of support to help me get my problem resolved without having to come to property for a call out. Saved me a lot of time and money, Brilliant service honestly. Thank you

Due to Covid19, our training business had been put on hold, but we were aware the existing hot water system over the taps at the office were not suitable for effective hand-washing. We needed a solution ready for training to recommence when we are able.
Pete went out of his way to provide an excellent service when installing new pipework and taps at our office. Observing social distancing rules, Pete was happy to complete the job in a professional, friendly and timely fashion.

Spoke to peter One Friday morning about a new boiler as ours had given up. He gave me advice on the size & types of boilers available. He ordered a ATAG boiler which he then turned up on Sunday morning & started to fit the boiler. Keeping to social distancing due to covid-19 he worked till gone 9pm to get the boiler fitted that day. What a great service & would recommend to anyone who needs a new boiler.

Pete and the team are always there, either in person, or on the phone, no matter the problem.Pete's expertise and knowledge has saved us money both up front and in the long term, as he worked out and suggested the correct level of equipment for our personal needs. We never felt like he was selling to us, rather working with us to find the best solution for US! Pete and the team work quickly, efficiently and cleanly and finished the work in our home to a very high standard. We would not seek help from anywhere else, as, whether the job is as small as a leaking radiator valve, or as big as a boiler replacement (both of which we have had) I trust Pete and the team to keep my family safe and warm.
