This company does not fully deliver
This company does not fully deliver. They create situations to make you feel good. You can get "distribution deals". They can offer you amazaing "Newspaper Articles" for exposure, but they don't fulfill the contracts. I have yet to get paid one cent of royalties. Do your due diligence, they are not part of the BBB of business. Anyone that calls can be part of the script, even if they seem to be from a different company. If you want to get your publishing dream fulfilled, find a reputible company and don't suffer, like me.

"The Writers Tree" is trustworthy and reliable name for me, I have published 2 books through them, and I also assigned them the marketing work for one of those books. It is currently the first month and the results so far are average.

Publishing scam that won't stop lying.
I tried publishing with The Writers Tree. It was a disaster and I'm STILL sending DMCA takedowns due to their greed.
I told them NOT to use KDP. They used KDP. Then they spend months gaslighting me to try to convince me I lied about that. I DID NOT. EVER. But they kept lying.
I asked for a refund. Even more months of blaming some guy named 'Alex' and their story was inconsistent. First, he was gone myseriously, but no one was in charge of finding him. Then he had stolen fromt he company. Tehn he had been transferred. Then he had been fired. None of those were reasons not to refund me. They were all just stalling.
Eventually, I emailed them asking for my refund. Guess who said they had already refunded me (obvious lie)? Alex. I asked him for proof. I never got a response.
Now Teh company says they naver had any business with me and don't owe me anything, including royalties. I'm still sending DMCA letter to have my stolen work taken down.
They WILL deny that I siad no KDP as a response. THey WILL say they don't owe me anything as a response. I already know their lies and anyone reading this review should know they are lies.
This happened in 2001, but Trustpilot tooka bribe. I knwo this because I was told 'we took your review down' and it was jsut 'we sided in favor of The Writers Tree.

So now The Writers Tree has decided my review of them is defamatory and I received an email telling me of their saying that. Their contract states as follows :
Silver Marketing and Promotions Package 3000 Copies will be sold within 3 months. You avail 100% money-back guarantee if the committed number of copies is not sold within the committed deadline. This whole package will cost $1,999
They did not do as they said, they still have not returned my website to my management. They are still in default of their contract. They could get me to give them some credit on a review if they returned my money and gave me my website!

My book was published thru The Writer's Tree in Jan. 2025. The Writers Tree will not provide sales numbers. They are very reluctant to give an actual mailing address and the phone number listed on their web page is 'no longer in service'. Looks like a scam to me.

Poor Quality Delivered upon false promises
Title: Extremely Disappointed – Poor Quality and False Promises
I am very disappointed with the outcome of my book. What I was promised and what I paid for are not what I received. The book was supposed to be professionally edited, yet it clearly was not – errors remain throughout, and the quality of editing is far below expectation. Even the index has duplicate page numbers, which makes the book look sloppy and unprofessional.
On top of that, the size of the book is not what I requested. I paid for a specific format and was assured it would be delivered correctly, but it was not. These mistakes are unacceptable, especially considering the cost.
I expected care, attention to detail, and professionalism, but instead I was left with a product that feels rushed and careless. This was supposed to be my work presented to the world, but instead I am left feeling frustrated and let down.
I cannot recommend this service to anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional publishing experience not to mention that you have to go on Google to look for my book on Amazon instead of going to Amazon directly. I never have received any royalty from my book and I have bought at least 29 copies myself from Amazon not penny have I seen. Furthermore I have to pay alot of money too even have any kind of book show for signing. If I 200 copies of my own book I have to pay $7,000 dollars. WRITERS TREE IS NOT GOOD.

From the first day I inquired about the services and costs I received excellent service, respect, and appreciation. I was treated in a manner that allowed me to create and publish my first book. I was given guidance and support. The staff provided outstanding editorial and creative service in the development of my effort. There are no words that will truly reflect the excellence of service provided, except perhaps outstanding service.

Luckily
Luckily, I acquired pay-per-click services alongside publication. It was the perfect combination to attract more readers, grow my authorship presence on the web, and see book sales soar over time.

A company that deceives client
My initial engagement with this company was strong and delightful. Much like other negative individual's reviews, my relationship with this company has turned very unprofessional. This company has come up with numerous excuses on why delays have occurred, not fulfilled commitments that where verbally agreed on, such as publishing dates, proper advertising and marketing as well correct pre-launch of my book. I keep getting assured things will be looked into and addressed and still see no actionable results.
This company may have good intentions but their follow through is horrendous. They have an excuse for every little thing instead of taking responsibility and action is well not recommended
This company needs to follow through on their words and let their actions do the talking. Say what you mean and mean what you say. it is that simple. .

The Writers Tree SMM team is one of the best I’ve hired in recent years, especially their social media marketing strategies are too good. The calendars they sent me were calculated and their passion for self-publishing ebooks was quite evident as well. What really scored the home run were the stunning graphical artwork and intriguing advert copies written by their creative content writers.
