Kind, trustworthy and approachable
The team went above and beyond for a candidate of ours who had no where to sleep and needed a roof over her head. They turned it around in less than 24 hrs. Paying her deposit and first weeks rent. So selfless and kind. Would highly recommend and can’t thank them all enough

Would recommend. Simple and attentive.
Very helpful and quick to respond to any of my questions or worries. Have had a very smooth experience with no real complaints. TWHC has made the task of getting a visa and preparing for a shift to a different country a very simplified and stress free experience. If you can afford the extra expense, I would highly recommend this service.

In my experience, Arrivals were rushed and not explained very well. Some staff are not always the best with response time and actually reading messages. However, Natalie has been a wonderful support and is consistently reliable with her communication. She cares about her clients and it shows.

Staff are very helpful and give one on one time to help secure the work that suits you. Natalie has been very easily contactable and cares about her clients personally. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting help finding their feet working overseas.

TWHC review Canada
They helped me from start to finish — from applying for my visa to arranging my interview with my employer. They were always available and ready to answer all my questions. The employer, and especially the living situation, were not always ideal, and perhaps they could have provided better information about this in advance. Other than that, they absolutely supported me well.

Thankful for the Working Holiday Club
Natalie and John have been super helpful. They made the process moving to the UK incredibly easy. Accomodation and employment were easy to come by with the help of both of them. If you are looking to make the move, I would 110% recommend going through the Working Holiday Club.

They promise more than they deliver
They promise more than they deliver. Absolutely no guidance with how to complete your tax return in a foreign country. Can also be extremely unprofessional and rude in their communication (if they respond at all).

A truly heartwarming experience
A truly heartwarming experience! This cafe had such a welcoming vib.it felt like a little slice of home away from home. We were really inspired by the community of people here who’ve embraced and appreciated the Australian way of life. As Aussies ourselves, the food brought such comfort—the Aussie breaky was especially spot on. Delicious, nostalgic, and made with care. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for good food and even better vibes!
