I ordered the cotton cellular blankets and sheepskin rug, both lovely quality.
They arrived promptly and when I phoned with a query ahead of placing the order the customer service was really helpful.

I've just bought my second pashmina and I'm delighted with them. Although they may seem flimsy they are incredibly soft and warm and a delight to be wrapped up in. I wish I could afford one in every colour.

I searched everywhere for a blanket for my Mum. Most are synthetic and I cannot image why anyone would put a synthetic fleece blanket on their bed. I know blankets are old fashioned but there is something wonderful about them, this one was a basic type, nothing posh (ie not cashmere) it is also light as well as warm which is ideal as my Mum is 80 odd and weighs virtually nothing.
As well as the product being good the service was exactly as promised.

..i got excellent help on the phone regarding the colours as a couple of the colours looked similar..not only was the colour of the pashmina perfect but the quality is outstanding...i really do recommend when you next get around to buying something special...

I'd first heard of the sheepskins from a friend visiting from Norway. I looked around but couldn't find one that was similar on the highstreet. They were all a little small or had a cotton lining which I didn't want. This one is great quality (no shedding of fluff), a good size and completely natural. I look forward to using it in a couple months. Delivery was prompt and without hassle. Very happy.

I bought the knee rug as a gift for my wife's birthday. She was over-the-moon with it! We have a Land Rover and the heater is rubbish, my wife uses the rug everytime we go out and she loves it.
From my point of view, I was completly satisfied with the value for money, the excellent quality and the level of service and very happy that my choice of gift made my wife so happy!

The wool cocoon we bought for our soon-to-be-born baby arrived quickly and without issues. The cocoon itself looks lovely and I wish I had one for myself!

The blanket I originally ordered was not the colour I was expecting when it arrived so I sent it back and Wool Company agreed to replace with a different colour. The new one was delayed but I received emails regularly to inform me of progress. Its a very good quality blanket and a lovely bright colour. The range of colours, sizes and types of wool was impressive.

Both of my purchases were exactly as discribed. The softness is incredible and colours are true to picture. My daughter in law was absolutely thrilled to bits to receive the casmere baby shawl for her first baby and the scarf for me is soft, good length and great colour (Charcoal), the only disappointment I felt was that the scarf was not quite wide enough as it had been stretched on the model and looked wider. All in all the goods are fantastic and I will be back onto your website soon.

Needed specific shade pale green cashmere wrap for upcoming wedding. Wool Company plus 1 other internet company had that colour but only Wool Company able to supply (and at a substantially lower price!). Online colour swatches accurate. Beautiful soft, pure cashmere at a very reasonable price. Very happy with purchase, looking forward to using it in April. 1st point of call should I want other cashmere products in the future.
