Just had 6 windows and a back door fitted at our property. The whole process from start to finish was excellent.. the fitters Dan and Dave were great. Clean, tidy and very professional. The windows seem very well built and good quality at a very reasonable price. Would recommend.

We recently had all the windows, front and back door replaced in our house. The whole process - from initial visit to measuring and then fitting - was handled very effectively. I was amazed that the fitting (11 windows, two doors) was completed in two days. The fitters (Dave and Dan) were very professional and friendly and tidied up after the job was done.

The finished product looks amazing and excellent quality. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this company if you want a quality job at a reasonable price.

Local firm, recommended to us by a friend. Rep came round and did a rough measurement, we signed on the dotted line and paid the deposit. Couple of days later the surveyor came round and measured up accurately. I've no idea how different the measurements were!

They said it would be 3-4 weeks but it was at the low end of that - two blokes turned up and scared the life out of me by cutting the old window out. They sang along to my little boy's fairy tale songs, to his delight. Fitted the windows, tidied up, and disappeared.

That afternoon they rang up and took the balance over the phone by card.

All very efficient and painless. A pleasure to have them in.

Jamie made a good impression at the initial stages and offered competitive pricing. No last minute price hikes or phone the manager games that some play. Product delivered and installed in a timely manner, helpful on the phone whatever the query and the installation guys (Gary) were polite, friendly and did a great job taking into account all that i wanted. Threw in a couple of sweetners to fix/adjust existing issues as well as the new french doors. Very pleased with their service and attitude. Would highly recommend.

Had two units replaced & being pleased decided to have three more installed. The window technician was meticulous & the finished units were very impressive. Very competitively priced. four windows fitted on the date agreed. a few minor glitches all dealt with promptly and efficiently. they took care not to frighten my very silly cats and were kind and pleasant throughout. excellent work by the fitters and my congratulations to the whole team. we will certainly be back thank you.

Arrived on time, did a great job

First time of leaving a review for anything. Very happy with the service we have received. The installations manager for the Window Hub contacted other trades people who were carrying out work at the same time to ensure access and non duplication of items such as scaffolding, making the process stress free. The windows and doors were quickly installed with a minimum of fuss and mess and look good. Support and help has been available throughout.

The tradesman turned up on time, removed our old door, put it in his van for removal. He then fitted our new door, frame, and glass. He was obviously very good at his job, and made a fantastic job of our front door. We are very pleased of the finnished product and would definitely recommend this company.

It's not often I give door step salesman much time, but I'm actually glad I did. The gentleman came across as genuinely friendly rather than a robotic glossy sales patter most seem to have these days, and the only reason I mention it is that seems to be the culture of The Window Hub.

Every single person I dealt with in the company has been friendly, attentive and professional.

I had a new front door fitted and it took Rich under 2 hours from start to finish. You wouldn't have known a door and frame had been removed and replaced by the time he had finished, such was the high standard of the work itself and the care in tidying up after the fact.

The door itself is exactly as described and quoted. No hidden gremlins or surprises. Absolutely painless from start to finish.

It's hard to get excited about a door, but I'll happily sing the praises of Window Hub.

The quote given was supposedly 40% reduced because I'm retired. I was told I would need scaffolding when in face I didn't. This is obviously pushed the price up. After a long discussion the sales rep reduced the cost by £500 providing I had a poster in my garden and gave a good review.
After receiving other quotes the price was two thirds cheaper and no need for scaffolding.
It was quite a hard sell.
Update: I've now spoken to someone from window hub who has apologised for my experience.
I explained that most people just want the windows to be measured and given a quote without all the sales patter.
My experience might not reflect others experience.
