Awful products, Awful people, A company ran by fasicists deserves nothing but one star. The floss is outrageously bad - i’m sure they are ( like
most right wing morons ) unable to take any sort of critique without crying like babies -

I'm quite disappointed, I got some floss from them and it's unusable, it is like made of paper.
I cannot believe they keep selling it really.
I spend a lot of money (this floss fe is £4.50) and time finding more sustainable products and it is very very disappointing to come across stuff like this.

I had their Bamboo Interdental Floss Brushes and those are pretty good.

A company who are pleasure to deal with. Good 'old fashioned' ethics of doing business, most excellent products and the best customer service I have experienced in many many years.
I cannot recommend them enough. I will be talking about them... a lot

The floss breaks everytime I use it and gets stuck in-between my teeth. I spend three times as much time trying to get the broken floss out of my teeth than I do actually flossing.

Judging by other reviews this is a pretty common experience. They spent too much time and money on branding rather than making an actual working product. Very expensive to boot.

EDIT: Unfortunately, I didn't get an answer as to why I paid £5 for breakable string, but got character assassinated instead lol.

I was thorughly disappointed in the dental floss, it got stuck in my teeth, broke mid floss, and for one moment I thought I would be stuck with half of it sticking out of my mouth where it broke off and the end was too short to pull out.

So, whilst in principle, the product sounded great, unfortunately, it just isn't fit for purpose.

Really lovely experience. Luke (the Founder) is fab with customer service and super supportive. Highly recommend!

I found the product to be well made and worked as it should. My only concern was that I could not send part of the order to my daughter. Most companies that I use it is easy to have orders sent to a third party. This was not so with the White Teeth Box.

Easy to find what I wanted, reasonably priced, second time I have used this site and would recommend unreservedly, service experience is excellent ordered and received within two or three days well done thanks

Glad to find an environmentally friendly floss, that doesn’t use any animal products. Good flavour and on the whole works well. I find that it frays and tears quite easily between tight teeth or jagged edges.

To be honest i was a bit hesitant on buying toothpaste in tablet form but after using the tablets for over a week I am pleased to say that I recommend them. They are minty and I feel as if they do the job, along with the bamboo toothbrushes.

Really pleased with my purchase. I have noticed a slight difference already and I've only used for a few days. All natural and a little goes a long way so good value for money.

I bought a few bamboo tooth brushes which are great quality and everything about the company is green. However, the main reason for this review is not for the great products but more for the excellent customer service that is lacking in so many companies these days.
My initial order went missing in the Royal Mail system and Luke, the founder of this company immediately dispatched a replacement, giving apologies for something that was not his fault. When the replacement order was received, there were additional goodies as a kind gesture.
I truly hope this company grows and grows as this kind of customer service is rare and deserves the reward of great success!
