EDITED--I purchased a custom embosser from TheWhisperingPages via their Shopify page on Dec. 9 (13 days ago despite the shipping dates being "5–9 days"). Shopify informed me that my package had been delivered, but neither my USPS Informed Delivery nor my Ring doorbell verified a package being delivered. I looked up the tracking number provided, but the updates don't state locations (except that it originated in China). The tracking service also stated the last update was it being picked up by a local carrier and not having been delivered to customer. Hopefully this is simply a miscommunication on Shopify's and the delivery carrier's part.

EDIT: It was delivered today (2 days after Shopify said it was). It is excellent quality. The shipping situation sucked, but the product is great.

I placed an order for Christmas on 29 November and as of 22 December, it still hasn’t arrived.

I’ve emailed six times with no response whatsoever. The tracking link only began working on 19 December, and it shows the product is still in China, with no movement between 19–22 December. I doubt it will arrive before the New Year at the earliest.

Customer service is completely nonexistent. This was meant to be a test order — I had planned to place more orders for my nephews and nieces after assessing the quality — but I will never order from this company again.

I strongly recommend buying from other sellers on Etsy instead.

Product is perfect, exactly how it is advertised. And a great price, can’t complain!

I was scammed. Went to my bank after receiving a hold notice for an additional 19.00. We looked up the tracking number and there wasnt a package even associated to the bogus number they gave me even though the shipping companybgiven was valid. To date, I still havent received anything and have disputed the cost with my bank.

I ordered an embosser with the gift box on the 7th of December and still have not received it!! On their website they state "Book Embosser will take 3 days to craft and 3-7 business days to ship." It took 11 days just to leave the facility in China and it has now been 14 days in total since my order! I will be away for Christmas so I won't be able to give this gift. Customer service is bad AVOID THIS COMPANY

Great quality and product great price and fast shipping

I ordered a xmas gift for my daughter, and the item was posted using Yodel In Post, they left the parcel on a doorstep that was not my address, I have emails you on at least 5 times to complain and request a refund, but not had any response from you.

Placed an order over 1 month ago and still waiting the goods. Tried to email, message and zero response. Do not buy from this company. Now have bank dispute to get my money back.

found the perfect addition for my kid's library - a book embosser to personalize each of their book. thanx Whispering Pages for promising to send it in at your earliest. cant wait to hear their squeals of delight. personally embossed books were a rage in my own kiddy days, owned by my buddies, who had cousins and uncles bring them gift books from abroad. how we used to envy them. am waiting to thank Whispering Pages for that feeling about five decades later - quite a long time i've waited. cant wait any longer to say THANK YOU Whispering Pages

Tracking is fake. Ordered the item on Dec 3rd, official tracking claims item has been delivered on Dec 10th - it is a lie. Third party tracking shows the item has not even left China yet. This is beyond unacceptable, as I even paid 8 USD more for express shipping - guaranteed between 4-8 working days from ordering date. It was a Christmas present that now I will not be able to deliver on time. I wish I could give zero stars.

I love my embosser!! I got it for my birthday last year and I have used it for every book I get. I just love it. I am now getting a second one for my boyfriend! And the goal is to get a third one when we get married! It is literally so amazing. I love that I can identify my books without having to write in them. And the designs are so unique. I can’t wait to see the designs they come up with in the future. 10/10 would recommend!

I ordered 28 november and I still have NOT gotten my order. I am very disappointed, It was my Christmas present for my husband.

Item did not arrive. No support from customer service. Pushing the blame on to me and telling me to go deal with the shipping companies that failed to deliver their product. It was a Christmas present to my young nephew. Shameful.

The selection is great, the checkout process is simple and straightforward, and the product is awesome. I can't WAIT to give my sister her new embosser for Christmas this year!

I saw this company on instagram and decided to check it out. I was pleasantly surprised by the options and prices. I bought one the first time and as soon as it arrived my daughters wanted an embossed clip too! So we ended up buying two more! They are so happy.

Good company and reacting very fast on e-mails. First time I order here and will order here again.

Everything about the ordering process was so smooth and I was so excited to receive my two book embossers with expedited shipping 5-7 days, but it’s been quite a while since and still no orders. I paid and everything. They sent me this email 1 day after ordering asking me to review their product, but I ordered November 29 and it is halfway through December (Dec 13 as I’m writing this) and I still have NOT gotten my two orders .

I sent them an email a while ago asking about this with no reply. I may need to ask PayPal for a refund as a result of me being scammed because I am very worried.

I want to love this product so much, but I need to receive it first!!

EDIT: I received an email one day after I left this review that they were still in transit. It seems the embossers come from overseas. If that were advertised, I would have understood the long wait time. We got our order Dec. 17 after ordering Nov. 29. They are beautiful and I can’t wait to use them, I just wish the customer service had responded quicker and the orders shipping was labeled as overseas. -1 star because of this.

I love the book embosser, but takes too long to get delivered.

Super simple to custom order an embosser set for my wife. Holiday discounts were a plus. Quality looks amazing.
