Superbly packed and surprisingly fast delivery
Superbly packed; surprisingly fast! I thought that my order (a father's day gift) would take quite a while because The Whisky World is in UK. However, we had it in hand within a week. The product was extremely well packed - we were both amazed by the bottle surround. I've never seen an air pack that secure!

Expeditious service in a jam
While traveling in Scotland, I purchased a fine bottle of Scotch Whiskey for my father to bring home to the United States. Upon arriving home and presenting said bottle to my father, I proceeded to drop it on the ground and it shattered, thus spilling its contents. I found a replacement bottle on your website and within 3 days, my father and I were toasting to a successful trip and to fine Scotch Whisky. Thank you!
