The photographers and videographers assigned to both events were friendly, patient and accommodating. We had a good experience with the company for our wedding. Would recommend.

At first I thought they did a good job when I saw the trailer video.

Jonathan reassured me that he and his team were experienced in Asian weddings. On the day, it seemed as if he was training the other two colleagues. They stuck together and did not separate to get reaction pics/clips as they said they would.

The couples shoot took ages and there were insufficient family pictures as a result of this. The inexperience and inefficiency was the main problem. We had all day hall hire and were not substantially late to the venue.

No candid pictures of the guests, terrible stage pictures and some awkward poses for the bridal portrait. No pictures of the bride and groom sharing a meal. Just lots of awkward pictures of random wedding guests eating and not even looking at the camera.

There were two stages at my venue and Jonathan recommended staying on the smaller bridal stage for the family pictures. I think this is because he didn’t bring proper lighting but he says it’s because of low ceilings on the downstairs. Lots of people have their main stage down there. The pictures were not cropped or tidied up and the flooring/background is showing in all the stage pictures. This is after two rounds of editing.

The pictures came a year later and were not edited properly at all. Nothing like their instagram photos. First lot of editing was a yellow tinge, next set were a blue tinge. As if a filter was just added. None of the obvious things were edited out like big posters, scaffolding etc. Pictures had people’s eyes closed. So many of the same shots with 3000 raw photos sent to me! No strategic clicking at all or nice candid moments captured. They failed to identify the main family from both sides and did not get good pictures of them.

Now I have a bunch of “edited” pictures that I will have to pay someone else to re-edit as they haven’t managed to get it right after a year and 3 attempts.

They don’t even give a USB stick with the final products. Just some google drive link that crashes and expires.

Would not recommend. Pay a bit more with a more experienced team.

Absolutely amazing experience with TWR! From the moment we booked, everything was smooth, professional, and so well organised.

We had Amna in our female side who was incredibly kind and accommodating, especially. She made us feel completely comfortable and understood throughout. That really meant a lot to us.

The whole team brought such a lovely energy to the day and went above and beyond to capture everything so beautifully. We couldn’t be happier and would 100% recommend them!

Johnathan was a great communicator when we first approached him. We had a detailed zoom call and he outlined all the deliverables. We were glad to see how professional and experienced he was.

But the rest of his team seem to be lacking this. We had our wedding in September and have been chasing them up for our wedding videos (highlight and full length) which were meant to be delivered within 4 months per the signed contract.

It’s been just over 6 months and there is no sign of our wedding video despite us chasing up. They do not communicate with us to let us know when this is expected. I am really gutted to see this lack of professionalism from someone who seems to be posting regularly on socials.

I would not recommend them after learning my lesson.

The team from the wedding records was very lovely, and accomodating. They captured our nikkah beautifully with their photos and video editing skills. I will look back at my photos with fond memories!

I had The Wedding Records booked for all 5 of my events & I am glad to say I was in safe hands, not only they took care of all my inspirations that I had shared with them but they were so creative themselves as they kept suggesting more ideas.

I booked the Wedding Records for my wedding this summer and they were amazing. Jonathan and his team were great, we discussed what shoots I wanted and that's exactly what I received. His team made me feel very comfortable infront of the camera and helped me get some amazing shots. We've not got the video yet however based on the raw photos we've already received, I have high hopes that they will deliver to great standards. Thank you to the team!

Johnathan and the team are amazing. They were so patient despite things going wrong and people being so late. They provided all the directions whilst taking the photos despite feeling really awkward and self aware at times. I was made to feel comfortable.

The team were amazing on the day—super professional and really easy to work with. Fiza put in so much effort, and it really shows in the photos and videos I’ve seen so far. Even with a few small hiccups, the team stayed focused and got the job done.

Jon and his crew are simply the best, what we asked for our wedding we got and he has gone above and beyond with all our requests making sure we were very happy, the results speak for themselves when we receive them and would highly recommend him and his team for any event. Honestly his communication and skills are above anything and he will do anything to make sure it’s perfect.
We had him and his team for both our days being 23/05 and 25/05 which he was amazing and constantly capturing every moment of our days/nights we cannot wait for all the finished products but what we have already is astonishing
