If I could give zero stars I would. Our site was hacked, they provided no information on what happened and simply told us to leave them! They've handed over the site files which won't work in current Wordpress environments as the site and database is built on unsupported versions of software up to 10 years old! The security risk and vulnerabilities are enormous and we've been paying these guys to manage and maintain the site for years!

Second time I am writing a review here for this outfit. Took the last one down as I didn't want to get the lady in to trouble with her employer. It took the negative review to actually get them to respond to my emails . Back in same situation im afraid so will not be removing this as its a joke. Very much as I see another on here sums them up perfectly . I dont think they are interest in provincial work to be honest. But strangely collect the direct debit each month without fail!

Wouldn’t give this company any stars. Been paying for a service for over 2 years, no support, sold a service they can’t even provide, website still not completed, when phoned no one is ever available. Got through to someone just now for them to tell me no one is available to help, told her I was leaving her response was “ ok I’ll let them know”

Shocking

It’s frustrating that I have to give you one star on this platform, awful communication, I’ve cancelled my DD to them now in order to contact them. (They will ring 1 second after payment bounces) but until then they don’t care.

Biggest scam out there. They do absolutely nothing for you and then demand money. Avoid these scammers at all costs.

Music and Mayhem

So I needed a website, took out their monthly pay plan and was looking forward to getting started. What you should know is you pay immediately whilst they build the website, mine, a simple blog took them 3 months... lots of issues with them not helping to sort out, making adsense work, taking ages to respond etc.

End of the contract, considering the development cost has been repaid, was told would have to renew at the current price for another 12 months or they switch off the site and all emails. No way to export the website content or anything so all the work put into creating content is lost.

Please beware and avoid this scam of a company.

Very happy with the service I received from beginning to end! My website is exactly what I wanted, if not better! Paul spent a long time with me refining everything to make it just the way I wanted, honestly over the moon, thank you!
