I was so glad that The walk in shower co was recommended to me. From the initial contact with Linda who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and the fitter who did a great job and had the most impressive work ethnic, I couldn't have been happier and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I’d had 3 quotes before the walk in bathroom company and from the quote to the installation I can honestly say what a great team of people everything happened when it should and very high standards and good quality materials all fitted to my requests 100% recommend this company for price and professionalism this has made such a huge difference for my wife’s care thank you so much

Rob the fitter was a lovely guy. I actually enjoyed having him around, I'm not very mobile and he was wonderful company and went out of his way to sort my bathroom to what I needed.
Tell him happy birthday tomorrow, I got him a card, that's the first time I've done that for a workman.
Great quality finishes and materials, small little issue tackled and resolved without worry.

Fitter arrived on time very friendly and respectful of my property.
Got on with his job cleaned up after himself , politely answered my queries.
Excellent neat job done very happy with quality of work .

I would use the fitter (Justin)in a heartbeat, worked too a high stadard nothing too much trouble for him. I wouldnt use the company again -
Didnt take rubbish away as agreed.
Tried charging twice for douche
Chased for payment sat/sun
Drip fed materials, even though got a garage for storage
Wrong materials sent

I have been waiting since April for a response regarding my issue with the hot water since my new bathroom was installed still no response by the fitter who said he would come out and have a look and called and WhatsApp the company again but still no call back. Very disappointed now with the after care service.

This issue has now been sorted, it's a shame I had to resort to adding a poor review I would have preferred not to do this.

Five-star service from start to finish. From the helpful office staff arranging a home visit with samples and measurements, to the hardworking fitters who transformed my old bathroom into a stylish modern space, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The team worked tirelessly and always cleaned up after themselves. I’m absolutely delighted with the result and would highly recommend this company.

We have just had our walk in shower completed today and we're so thrilled with the work. This was a no hassle job.
Our fitter, was Joel and was a pleasure to have him in our home, arrived early, got straight to the work, carpets protected, never intrusive and even vacuumed the staircase when he had finished. All in all, very professional 💯

This bathroom makeover was done for my parents who were absolutely thrilled with the result, apologies to our fitter who would have random hugs from my mum when she realised she would be having some of her independence back. A safe clean lovely environment for them now. Would definitely recommend

I would definitely not recommend this company. Very poor management all they are interested in is taking your money the whole experience was a nightmare from day one. There fitter turned up at 10.30 and left at 3.30 and all he’d done was take a sink out and day 2 he took a tiled bath panel off. Then on the Wednesday another fitter turned up and from then on he was restricted to what he could do as all the materials hadn’t turned up and I was phoning there head office chasing the bits up for there fitters. I have noticed a lot of faults with the bathroom like laying a new cushion flooring over loose tiles and they are now sticking up through the floor which I did report to Lee but nothing was done plus there’s a chip in the shower tray where the fitters stacked there tools everyday. Iam going to seek advice from trading standards.

To be honest i wouldnt use them again. Worse company ever. Terreble workmanship. Awful attitude towards customer complaint. They both want the money but dont deal with customers complaints. Iv had the sealant sorted but not the panneling problem still got damp at the bottom of glass screen
