We trust Matt to efficiently convert our videos and have used him several times. He provides an excellent service and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Video Converters.

Matt did a great job bringing our tapes back to life, they must have been 30 odd old wedding tapes maybe. We were very thankful for Matt for to recover them from us so quickly. Aside from his work Matt also has a great and very smooth system to select the appointment 's date and time which was very seamlessly done and very quickly at that. Will definitely be using Matt's services in the future!

Matt converted a number of VHS tapes to DVD and digital download. Matt kept me updated throughout the process and provided an efficient service at a reasonable price. Already recommended to friends & family

After losing a close loved one, I came across some old VHS and mini DV cassettes. I was rather eagar to get the priceless footage onto a different format, not only to watch but for peace of mind knowing it was backed up.

I was very reluctant handing over the footage to anyone but, I had the pleasure of speaking with Matt at the video converters. Not only did Matt listen to my concerns, he showed compassion and after having a nice conversation I felt more than comfortable leaving the 30 years old cassettes with him. I was kept upto date on the progress of transferring the footage which was very much appreciated. The service received from start to finish was outstanding and would recommend to anyone.

Some months ago Matt transferred a number of camcorder tapes onto a USB stick for us. We were
pleased with the service received & everything was done within agreed timescales.
Approx 10 days ago we attempted to view the contents of the stick but the images would not load. We tried the stick with different computers with no luck - no images could be uploaded.
At this point I telephoned Matt to ask if he could assist us in solving the problem. He didn't answer the phone so I left a voice message asking him to return my call. No return call was received so a few days later I rang him again. Same outcome as before - I left it a few days but no reply received so 2nd voice message left. Once again, there was no reply to the voice message.
I left it a few more days & then sent a message via his website. You've guessed it - no reply received.
I now give up. Not a good outcome, just very disappointing.

Having found a number of old 8mm video tapes that I couldn't convert myself, I was looking for somewhere that could do that job for me. I didn't want to send them off to a distant national company so looked for something nearby and found The Video Converters. I couldn't have found a better company to deal with. My enquiry was answered within half an hour of sending it and we were able to drop them off a day later in person. 5 days later I had 8 tapes converted, the quality being excellent. You get a feel for how a company is by how they respond, and service from Matt has been nothing but friendly. Because of this I had no qualms about trusting precious memories to The Video Converters. Would Highly Recommend.

I had about 15 tapes converted and most of them were about 28 years old so I wasn't expecting miracles. I was pleasantly surprised as the quality was really good and it's so nice to have these memories preserved for future generations. The price was really good too, I would definitely recommend this company.

I had 3 tapes converted onto dvd of old family memories and we've absolutely lovely looking back! Can't thank these guys enough for their amazing service! Can't wait to get more done!

I had loads of old camcorder tapes converted just before Christmas as a present for my parents.
Literally can not fault the service at all I’m so pleased with them. All the way through I was communicated to and regularly updated on how the process was going...and to be honest with how many tapes there was I was impressed with how speedy they were done. The quality of the tapes it’s great and it’s so nice being able to watch our old childhood memory’s on dvd I’m so happy I found this guy he’s great!! You won’t be disappointed if you have any tapes get them done!!

They did a fantastic job transferring 2 short videos on to dvd, they play perfectly. The owners of the company are really nice and kept me informed every step of the way, if I ever need anything transferred again I'll be going back to them without a doubt in my mind,

I sent Matt precious videos from my phone of my grandad after he had passed away as I wanted them transferred into dvds so that we could treasure them forever. I was terrified that if my phone broke or lost they would be lost forever and I’d never hear my grandads voice or singing again..
Within a couple of days he posted them out to me and now we will have them for years to come and they can be passed down to his great grandchildren
I would recommend him to anybody who wants to keep treasured memories.

It is so so lovely to be able to see our happy memories again. So glad we did this before it was too late.
