I strongly advise against buying from them. We received the Minecraft magnetic building blocks as advertised on Instagram. My son was very exited, but they don't work as advertised. After writing to their support, I only received a offer for a partial refund. After rejecting that, I never heard from them again.

The order of Magic gel arrived in a normal box .Only the paints and moulds.No net and other things were missing ,No instructions on how to apply the paint.No paint box .Ordered 24 colours ,9 arrived And most important they never sent the fixer for the paint to be able to harden And Half the paints were leaking when they finally arrived .Basically do not order things from them,They don't even answer emails .

total fraud scam
These people are a total fraud scam. My son placed an order by mistake. I requested them to cancel the order, they cancelled it, but it's more than a month I haven't received my money. sending ample emails, they respond after 10 days. There is no product. even they dont give you proper order dispatch details. so dont waste money.

Scam
Scam. I ordered for Christmas. Had no dispatched email, no legitimate tracking.
When I emailed their customer service, I received an email from someone saying they would refund….. well 3 emails later, still no refund. My bank are investigating this now.
