Did not include the phone number on the package so third party courier could not contact me so present did not arrive in time for Christmas.
Edit: In response to the reply it was the courier of choice of the vendor they should work with a more reliable partner.

We are sorry that your parcel did not arrive in time, we certainly sent it in time and on a suitably fast service due to arrive on 15th December. It seems the carrier has misinformed you, as the contact telephone number was provided with the booking. Indeed, we cannot book a parcel for Ireland or anywhere outside of the UK without one. Looking at the tracking, the carrier has had your parcel all this time and failed to raise any issue with us or within the system, requesting further information, and just held it in their warehouse. We have raised a complaint because it appears they held the parcel for no known reason and then tried to blame us, the sender, for it being late, when it was in fact their error.

The product looked great online but…
The product looked great online but unfortunately it did not arrive as there was some mixup with the delivery company not scanning the item properly and it went missing. A disappointment as it was for my friends birthday.
Although when I had enquired about what happened to the item bought. A full investigation was done and a quick response was given. An alternative item was suggested but I had refused and asked for a refund which was immediately given. So very good customer service with polite emails. Much appreciated!

Very occasionally, there can be missed scans and other courier issues that mean orders don't get delivered as expected, and when it happens, we try to do everything possible to put things right, even if it's not down to something we have done. Thank you for taking the time to leave your review as it's essentially positive. I'm sad we only achieved two stars out of five from you, though because we do try our best to help.

I had trouble ordering the item online with my computer, kept being told they didn't deliver to the East Midlands, I even tried a friend's address in SW London and got the same message, after messaging with them I finally managed to place my order using my phone.

First order broken as very poorly…
First order broken as very poorly packaged.
Reported this to company and a note about better packaging needed especially around the corners of the item as ceramic. Completely ignored this - replacement arrived broken also.
Very poor and such a shame as the item was so lovely.

We have of course refunded your order in full. There really is no benefit to us in disappointing customers or repeatedly sending orders that arrive damaged. We will always do our best to resolve problems. We have removed the entire line from sale whilst we review everything from packaging to carriers and product quality changes.

Ceramic windmill
I ordered a ceramic windmill from the really useful shop some time ago,when it was dispatched I had to go away ,when I got back I opened it ,it was broken the sails were snapped off.It was so poorly packaged, I informed them as to what had gone wrong they said the returns window for them to get a refund had closed so I was left with no refund,no new replacement just a long wait to see if they have another one (I am still waiting) very dissatisfied with this seller.

We are of course sorry that your experience wasn't to your satisfaction. We do allow 30 days for items to be refunded or returned due to damage. This is usually sufficient to time to cover holidays etc. We have to draw a line somewhere, especially for fragile items that could be damaged after their arrival, and 99.9% of the time customers report damage in transit immediately. We did try to help out with a replacement, but further stock has not arrived. Supply continues to be somewhat erratic and we haven't seen new stock of this particular item coming through.
