I placed an order for two hoodies about a year ago and never received it. I've been e-mailing and messaging on their Insta looking for a refund or at least an update on my order.
Ghosted Completely.

Don't bother, look somewhere else.

18 Weeks and product still not shipped. Refuse to issue a refund as it's " shipping soon". Credit card company won't reverse transaction due to the amount of time.

Warning to anyone thinking about ordering from this company.

I placed an order on January 22, 2024 for a pair of shorts that cost me $63.76 including shipping and tax. The website stated a shipping timeframe of 10–30 business days.

The product never arrived.

Months passed with no delivery and no meaningful updates about the status of my order. Attempts to get information from their support team were unsuccessful and extremely frustrating.

In the end, I had to open a dispute with my bank in order to recover my money.

This was a very disappointing experience and the whole situation felt extremely misleading. If you are considering ordering from this company, please read the reviews here first and think carefully before sending them your money.

I strongly recommend avoiding this SCAM!

I ordered for a friend's birthday gift on July 12, 202. Never received the item. I have tried contacting them on many occasions and even on Instagram, but they never gave me updates. I really thought I was supporting a small business too. I haven't gotten a refund either, my dumbass paid for this not knowing it was in USD either so its double the amount I would've liked. Either ways, money down the drain and my friend never got her gift.

ordered a nightwing hoodie in JULY 2025 and it never came, their customer service stoped responding after my first email and i never got my money back never buy from here unless you want $100 taken from you

No response never got my order only response was a automated message given me 8-10 week time frame and after that passed never got a response

Big scam, Even if you email them they Will just tell you to wait but you’ll never ever receive anything, dont loose money on them

Ordered a Batman beyond hoodie in March 2025, as of December 2025 never received. Asked for a refund as well and never received either.

Don't buy ordered a DC Batwing hoodie 10 months ago still not received suppose to take 3 weeks and many emails keep saying the make soon. Stay away a scam.

Order two hoodies back in June and have received and they have blown their ETA for delivery. No customer service or updates. Scam. Buy from Anime Ape and you will actually get your stuff.

These two sweatshirts are super comfy and cozy. They’re perfect for chilling at home or running errands, and they look great. Honestly, once you try them, you won’t want to take them off.

On March 20, 2025, I placed an order for a Marvel Daredevil embroidered hoodie (Order #64507). At the time of purchase, your website stated a delivery timeframe of 20-30 business days. It is now October 2025, and I have yet to receive my order or any satisfactory explanation for this extreme delay. This delay is completely unacceptable and falls far short of the service standards that they advertised. I have been more than patient in waiting for this item, but seven months exceeds any reasonable timeframe for order fulfillment.

I have messaged the support team many times.
I requested immediate action on this matter
1. Either ship my order immediately with expedited delivery, or
2. Process a full refund to my original payment method without delay.

however they chose to ignore it and any other follow ups ive had since then.

I’ve ordered plenty of times and have gotten my items all the time. It does take a while but they legit.

This place is a scam- do not shop here.

It has been three months now since I have been waiting for my hoodie. I emailed them as to why I haven't received my order. They said that they were currently sending my " batch" of hoodie type out. Still have NOT received ANYTHING. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR ORDER .

I've ordered 12 NBA jerseys 2,5 years ago.
They sent me 15 months later 10 of 12 jerseys.
I've contacted support or the guy who manages orders on Instagram or Discord, and he spends time telling me for one year now to ask me how many jerseys are still remaining to send.
In parallel, I've asked for a refund and no answer.
Last message received on Discord is in June 2025 !

I ordered a hoodie back in may, and it said 6 weeks, still never got it. I emailed their customer support asking for updates a total of three times and only got a response the first time, which was just telling me to be patient. Now I’m out of a hoodie, $60, and have a headache from this company.

SCAM. I pre-ordered in January and was told it’d be about 6 weeks. After six weeks, I emailed asking about their delivery date. Again, they said it would be six weeks. Their “instagram updates” kept changing, always “next week” but never came. After NINE MONTHS, I emailed telling them I’d need a refund because I was MOVING AWAY; they never responded. Thank god my bank was able to get my money back. If you’re reading this, CALL YOUR BANK AND FILE A DISPUTE NOW.

I ordered a hoodie in june, it is now October. After a confirmation email being re c never of the order, I heard nothing back. After a few weeks I reached out by email to thier support asking updates, no response. I dm the Instagram account, no response. Then over the course of several months tried reaching out through thier Facebook, support email, Instagram and even tik tok, all no response. However, all thier sites are continously updating with new content and even responding to other comments asking about sizing etc. Complete scam
