Unfortunately I fell for the 50% off Stussy hoody deal and waited over a month for it to arrive only to find it’s an extremely poor quality fake. DO NOT BUY!!

Post faster , took way too long compared to other clothing brands and had to be contacted to ask where the product was.

DON'T BUY FROM HERE!!! It's only one Star cause you can't press zero. It looks ligit as their clothes are discounted, but not crazy. So I got an essentials tracksuit and tshirt for $316 usually $600 so thought it was ok. Shipping is fake you press the link and it doesn't work. I choose express shipping should have got it 15th Jul it's now the 23rd. All emails no response. Contacted bank and thank God they agreed it is a dodgy company and returned my money!!!

One star is generous. Images of products are extremely misleading. Not only is the quality in the toilet but color doesn’t come even close to matching. Overpriced crap. You would do better from the sale bin at any discount clothing store.

I placed the order and it was shipped within 2 days. Shipping took a few weeks. I was able to track it.
There was a delay in delivery.
I emailed Urban Mood and they immediately responded.

Product never showed up

Delivery process not clear.. i choose the express delivery bit i got in 3 weeks after… so disappointed!!

Selling products that are not genuine and claiming they are half price, like the essentials sets I bought. Paying over the odds for fake and cheaply made products, while advertising them as discounted and from the original brand

I would not recommended anyone to buy anything from this particular site, as I have ordered the essential hoodie by paying sums of money and not getting the quality item. Very very disappointed with the item which I've received, also when I tried to return this item it cost me another $80 to ship this item to the nominated address and still they haven't return my product money which I have paid for that hoodie.

Sizing was not true to size.
I was offered 20% refund instead of a return and have still not received any refund amount.

Your clothes are fake and poor quality I washed the jumper once and it shrunk straight away

ordered xmas clothes on the 30th november and they never arrived. They keep telling me they will. it has now been 6 months and I have decided to take it further. I don't understand as I have ordered things from the before and they were sent and i was very pleased with the clothes.

Not genuine items sell on this website.
Sending the wrong items request exchanges, return or refund never happened.

The price before discount is the same price with authentic one so don't fall for it.

Very disappointed
Ordered a large grey hoodie and something else received. No full refund given but a 20/% refund with an item am not gonna be able to wear. What a waste of money. Also contacted to double check but nothing was done about it

Sweater ripped on the 2nd day. Not good quality.

Product was not good. Just waste of my money

I ordered a Stussy hoodie in the sale on 12th December 2024 and it took around 2 months to arrive following several emails to Urban Mood (with no reply). When it finally arrived, it is clearly not a genuine Stussy. We have an authentic one in a different colour and there is quite a difference between the two in terms of fabric quality and the branding logo.

I have not received my order that I placed about 4 wks ago
