If I could give negative stars I would. It’s a fraudulent company and they ignore emails. They never shipped my items that I ordered in January of this year, but I have emails from them that say it’s in the queue and then I cancelled because I never received items and it was taking too long. I received an email saying order was cancelled as requested but that I have not yet received my refund. I have the email stating that. I’ve sent several nasty and demanding emails for my refund and they keep ignoring them. They don’t ignore when I first asked how long g my items would take, but they ignore several demanding a refund. These people deserve to go to prison.

Absolute scam! 3 months and still waiting, wrote a complaint to Sarah Williams and she outright ignored me!!

Do not support this store!!! You will loa your money!!

Fraudulent store, I ordered in January and have received neither the product or a refund. Back and forth emails with generic response. Now the online store has disappeared

I placed an order with Upright Store on January 14th, and as of today, nothing has shipped. I reached out to customer service six days ago and have received no response. It seems like they have no interest in actually delivering products or assisting customers. If you want a refund for an item that never ships, you’ll have to go through your bank because they won’t help you. Avoid this company unless you like wasting your time and money!

Order number 9000 raised on December 31st, 2024. It's now 9 weeks later, and hasn't been shipped yet. They replied to my initial email to say shipping was delayed, but that was 4 weeks ago - no replies to my emails since.
I've initiated a credit card transaction dispute.

Still no product. No updates.

When I message customer service they continual ask for the email I ordered through (on the same email thread where I responded previously and using the email I ordered from). This feels like a scam.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered items on December 4 and even with "expedited shipping" they showed up January 3.

Did not fit appropriately so I emailed customer service on January 3 to start the return process. They emailed 11 days later even though it says 1-2 business days for a reply essentially ignoring everything I said and trying to convince me to order a new item. I told them I just wanted a refund and to return the items. They ignored this email for 2 weeks and then tried to convince me to keep it and give it to a friend or family member. Again I told them I wanted a refund and they still haven't replied almost 2 weeks again.

Finally filed a dispute with credit card company after more than a month because "customer service" is clearly doing whatever they can to avoid refunding the money.

Ordered on 1/8/2025. According to their website the product is supposed to arrive within 10-15 days. It is now 2/4 and the product hasn't even shipped. No updates or communication from the company. Can't even cancel my order. Thinking now it's most likely a scam.

Order #9480 passed on December 28th 2024, confirmed by the company on January 3rd 2025, and since no update on where the parcel is. E-mailed the customer support who couldn't say anything but "yeah we have delays". Asked three times for a refund which never came. At the same time, the company spams you about how amazing the product is and how your life will change using it (plot twist, my life never changed). So yeah, don't buy from them and use a mop stick to stand upright.

Advised from them they are backlogged, even though their info says order usually ships in 1-2 days. Going on one month now, no notification of shipment, no order received.

Purchased an item on January 5 2025. As of January 26, it has not been shipped. No estimated date from the company. But they are spamming with emails about their referral program.
