Wasting Money
This is my fourth time dealing with the same issue. Every time, they tell me my phone will be unlocked within 72 hours. Before placing the order, they show that I will receive a full refund if the phone is not unlocked within 3 days. But every time I ask for a refund after the 3 days, they say that $10 will be deducted. They keep doing the same thing every time

We do want to clarify that we are always happy to check a device BEFORE an order is placed. This allows us to review the carrier/device information and explain the currently available options before any money changes hands.

Amazing and prompt unlocking experience...
I'm happy to share that the unlocking process went smoothly. However, my eSIM has still not been activated due to some documentation-related issues. That said, I truly appreciate the support you provided throughout the process and the excellent service delivered by The Unlocking Company.
Honestly, I was expecting the same level of support from the retailer in India from whom I purchased the device. Unfortunately, they did not make any meaningful effort to assist me or provide a satisfactory resolution. Good service overall
Good service overall. The process took longer than expected and required an additional $32 for the premium software unlock, but communication and customer support were good throughout. Most importantly, the phone was successfully unlocked. For my next phone, I’d prefer to start with the premium software unlock.

BEST customer service and complete satisfacton!
This is one of the few companies that still HAVE customer service, and genuinely care about their clients. A rare thing these days. Two weeks after I had my device unlocked they checked on me to make sure everything was still going smoothly and made sure I had no problems. Who does that anymore?! The Unlocking Company is the ONLY company I have ever had deelings with that has. They quickly went to work on my device, and when they hit a snag, they did not give up but found me another route that did cost more, but was guaranteed to do the job. It happened to be on a Friday, and I had to wait til Monday to use the software method when their partner company opened- even though they knew it was probally pointless because T-Mobile did not use codes that they were able to unlock, they continued trying and communicating with me by constant updates. Come Monday, that second method had my phone completely unlocked within minutes. I have had no problems whatsoever, everything works perfectly. It blows my mind how much this company CARES and does what they set out to do. I have NO complaints in any way. If you need your phone unlocked, if you want to do business with someone that cares about your satisfaction and goes above and beyond...TheUnlockingCompany is the ONLY way to go!

S24 FRP unlock success!
I've done FRP unlocks before, but this S24 had me stuck. The local 'ubreakifix' store said one of their outlets could do it for $100 (even with having an original Verizon sales receipt for the phone), so TUC saved me $35 and handled it online via a spare laptop I was able to dedicate to the task.

I will be honest I was really skeptical…
I will be honest I was really skeptical of this unlock working as I had to do it threw their premium servicing. I tried a few other services and most where flat bogus some told me my phone was a completely different device. There service worked for me sadly I know others have not had my luck. They kept me updated with pretty regular emails. I actually was expecting a additional payment necessary because Samsung after the UI8 update disabled a lot of self unlocking capability. This was for my Samsung S26 Ultra. Ill be trying my s25 Ultras later if i can figure out where i lost it.
