Very pale and not usually one for makeup but it’s nice to be able to cover up my spots sometimes. This does that perfectly without making it look like I’m wearing foundation so doesn’t look strange if I don’t put on any other makeup.

I adore this skin tint. Ordering was very easy and the colour match is spot on. Arrived very quickly too.

Customer service was great. Easy to order and it arrived swiftly.
I am still getting used to the product, I find it tricky to blend in. When I get it right it looks and feels great. When I get it wrong it dries too quickly and streaks, once dry it’s difficult to blend out. Hoping a bit more practice will help. It feels great on the skin, light, dry and airy (not heavy or overly oily/creamy)

I highly recommend UnDid for their ethos, the quality of the product and their Customer Service. I ordered my tint and it arrived the next day. Unfortunately when I put it on, the shade was too dark for my skin. I contacted customer service and they sent me a lighter tint, which also arrived really quickly. The tint itself is fantastic. It feels really light, you don’t feel like you are wearing any make up. Your skin also feels soft and smooth. I found that I only needed one application to even out my skin tone.

I had ordered the wrong shade thus I emailed them hoping for an exchange or something of the sort, the response was quick and they sent me the correct shade, no fuss! I am also really pleased with the product! It's hydrating, and makes my skin look even in tone and glowy and not greasy. I love it so much.

Not sure what I was expecting. I’ve used many brands of foundation usually the premium brands but got to say it’s up there with the best. Easy to apply, good colour match, nice coverage and lasts all day. Thumbs up.

I’m so gutted this didn’t look good for both my sister and I. I got us no.1 and no. 2 shades and they just didn’t work well with our skin at all. I did my normal face prep before using the shades, but when they went onto my face (half and half to find which shade suited me best) they were quite fiddly with a brush to evenly distribute. I used my fingers for the other side of my face but it was very messy and made my fingers look very dirty. Unfortunately when the tint was settled on my face after a while it looked like I used fake tan on my face. I’m black, so as you can imagine this looked horrendous. Then to add to this it dried my face out and part of the tint was peeling around my face. I’m really disappointed this didn’t work for me, I guess I’m just part of the unlucky very few.

Possibly the best customer service I've ever received! Responded immediately regarding enquiries about a mistake I'd made in my order and also immediately following a colour matching exchange. Understood that the company is small and working to grow - this level of customer service will definitely help in that ambition - you deserve it!

Every time I contacted customer service I was replied back to within minutes. This was both prior to my order when I had questions about it and both after when I needed help after I received it. I also received my order the very next day after ordering it. Which is remarkable.

Unfortunately however I found the product useless for me which I have voiced to customer service. With no response. In the interest of being fair I have still provided 5 stars as delivery and interaction was brilliant.

Absolutely love the foundation - really lightweight, non-greasy and natural looking. I have dark, oily/combo skin with slight hyperpigmentation and it works great with the rest of my skincare and makeup.

Made the mistake of ordering a shade slightly too dark and left a message on the ‘contact us’ part of the website - was contacted right away and told that a lighter shade is already in the post! Amazing product and amazing service too ❤️

What a product and what amazing customer service. Romi was amazing with the aftercare I received. The product is so light weight and natural. Perfect for a quick get ready in the mornings! This product gives you the naked skin feel with a lovely even skin tone and skin care at the same time!!!! totally converted to this!! Highly recommend

Really quick response when I asked for an exchange.

Bought this foundation as it was the first one I have seen that focuses on skin care not just covering up!
Really liked the coverage as I am not a heavy makeup wearer, took some practice to apply.
Had some issues with getting a shade to suit me but the customer service was amazing! Quick response and helped me get the right shade! As well as being super friendly!!
