I don't normally write reviews, but anything that brings my wife to tears has to get some response, wish we had chosen another company but failing that all we can do is try to help others avoid the same issue and hopefully the stress and harassment that the manager of this company seems to enjoy. All seemed to be ok we agreed the price and the job, handed a form with the details, when we pointed out that no mention of some items had been added we where told ''we sort that out as standard during the installation'' first mistake! That was the high point, despite booking weeks in advance the install was cancelled, we will do it when we can over the next few days was the best we got from the company despite having taken time off work to be there for it. It finally was installed two days later. The drainage (one piece of ducting 5m long which could be linked by us to the existing drainage) that we had asked for wasn't written anywhere and we raised this as an issue the sales person changed their tune to you will need to pay extra for that. It was sorted once i said take it away then having put a lot of time and effort into making the garden child friendly and drained we where not willing to give in on this, they did try and charge us for this work that had been agreed at the point of sale. Then after the poor service and bad communication they gave us a price different from agreed on the invoice, i asked for a manager to call me and instead hear nothing for a week, then 15 calls to my wife phone between 0700-0730 in the morning including text like pay or else and man up and answer your phone. This had my wife in a state, despite me phoning the number back from my mobile and calling there office when it opened i never received a call back!! The worst thing for me is if the manager that harassed my wife had even checked the payment cleared into the companies account a day or two before for the amount that we had bought the product for rather than the incorrect price that we received on the invoice, i still never got a call about that or an apology. We found the sales process was designed to try and get extra charges out of the customers, argumentative once you pointed out that they where incorrect, the installation was good in terms of the fitters, But then when there was an issue that needed to be resolved the management of the company where at best absent and other than that abusive, rude, incompetent and harassing enough to make my wife more than a little uncomfortable. I certainly would not use this company and will be strongly recommending that none of my friends and family use them either.
